IIRC The latest Jurassic Park considered adding plumage to the raptors to match the modern understanding but concluded viewers might be confused.

They've found feathers on all sorts of dinosaur fossil impressions.  Even the T-Rex family appears to be have been feathered -- at least the smaller members of the species.

If they could make a male T-rex's arms longer, I be they would be much nicer.

Various artist interpretations of a feathered North American T-Rex.  Note that we haven't found feathers on this species yet.  But it's rare we find ANYTHING of this species.  We haven't even found a complete skeleton yet.
