If, for example, you are playing a Dunkerque, and both turrets are destroyed, what do you do? Do you just lead with your rear and try to get some secondaries?

This doesn't have to be a Dunkerque, really any ship with few guns (Looking at you Ognevoi)

I once had a Montana charge me because 3/4 turrets were blown up.

If you're playing Dunkerque and both turrets get destroyed, you're doing it wrong.

Or you keep seeing T8 BB's with much better guns that can pen you from anywhere.

If it were me I'd head to the front to bow-tank as long as I could stay floating. If you can't shoot, you can at least soak damage for other boats that can.

You've still got AA, you can still contest caps, you can still lead charges, you can still tank, you still have secondaries, you can still provide intelligence.

I had one of my earliest games in my Montana. Somehow I lost all four turrets, even running the main battery survivability module. (This was before the update that increased turret health, or changed the modules)

I proceeded to obtain Double Strike, Devastating strike and Close Quarters Expert on two other Montana's. With the secondary battery and the bow of my Montana.

Might be asking for just a little too much from RNG there...

Haha you want useless try playing a t8 game in a t6 CV. Good thing 70k + spotting damage is worth so much XP.

Some games the only real viable target is the other CV.

Yeah no doubt. I was surprised to survive a BB on BB kiss last weekend. Surprised but /very/ amused.

It's a battleship; throw out your nets and haul in some tuna like the rest of the fishing fleet.

When it comes to the Dunkerque, they destroy 1 of my turrets like once every 15 games.  I haven't had both turrets destroyed before.

But supposing that it happens, I'd probably go hunt the CV.  Failing that, I'd just go to DD territory and occupy their DD.  For some weird reason, as long as you avoid islands and don't sail in a straight line, the Dunkerque is kinda immune to torps.

That weird, I've had 82 games in the Dunkerque, never had a turret destroyed.  Does everyone have Main Armaments Modification 1 equipped?

I have 129 games, completely lost one turret in 4 of them while under very heavy fire.  I didn't live long enough after that to lose the second.

I'm so glad turrets aren't as delicate as they used to be half a year ago.  Nothing slowed a match down quite like having ships that could no longer fight effectively.

First thing, notify your team that you no longer have guns, then coordinate accordingly.
