I think you misunderstand the concept of this game. This is a naval game, not a naval simulation. If you dislike the way this game is designed based on historical accuracy, you can go find yourself another one.

67 Defiler_of_Reds Members 522 posts Report post #9 Posted November 29, 2016 In a game when 1 ships equals 1 ship, then torpedoes are unlimited. If the game was points based then it could be more of a historical simulation, and you would need to find something else to complain about.,

Strange indeed.....

You'll only reinforce your current view. 164 games in an Isokazee and 56 in a Minekazee. Hasn't played any higher and hasn't played any other line. Not particularly hard to torpedo folks in those two. Edited November 29, 2016 by brdhntr
97 [DD214] Seamus_44 Members 816 posts 44,754 battles Report post #18 Posted November 29, 2016 Each class of ship and weapon has its own distinct advantages and weaknesses. DDs are far more easy to kill with HE than any other ship, and we have radar that can see through land masses (not quite real life either) and sonar. Then the fact that any opposition ship in range will light up a DD as a prime target, that we tend to do most of the point work in many battles, it's often the DD on the short end. Strange indeed..... Ah, yes, mistakes like loading into a game with battleships, playing a cruiser at all, being detected...so many "mistakes." You captured it rather nicely: Lolpencit = just reward for superior battleship übermensch; torpedo strike = attempt by degenerate untermensch to subvert the purity of pure battleship bloodlines - therefore must be eradicated!
