Until you fix this, I'm done with WoWS

This game crashes constantly, it is unstable, has TONS of graphical issues and bugs, non-stop errors.

Until you fix this mess that you call a game, I'm done with World of Warships. A shame, since I liked the game, but I will not sit through another random crash. Not even Windows XP on release had this many BSODs.

Good day.

You should try submitting a ticket to support and seeing if it can be resolved. Most people, including me, don't have an extremely high amount of problems that you suggest. So trying support will probably help them identify and fix your problem.

I cant give details because there are none.

Launch game > crash

Start a match > crash

Zoom in > crash

Double click to fire > crash

Open chat > crash

There is no particular action that does it. It just crashes randomly.

Been there, done that. All the time. The answer basically is "update your drivers" which have been updated, or "we don't know what causes this problem".

The worst WoWs does to me is severely lag and/or disconnect at crucial moments.

I would try updating graphics drivers, for starters.

The only time I've had WoWS cause a BSoD was because of mods, so try checking for those. I've also never had a straight-up CTD since I switched computers, so that could be to blame as well.

In that case, obligatory stress test programs

Two things came to mind reading about OP's crashes ... I had a similar issue - it was my RAID setup messing with the updates and files. I moved it to a single-drive, problem solved.

Also check drivers on the GPU - even though it worked fine with the current driver before, doesn't necessarily mean it won't crap out post-update - this also happened to my much to my surprise - again problem solved.

Other than that - are you running any mods?

That I've had too, a complete computer lockdown. But I don't run any mods whatsoever.

Sounds like the OP is being less than candid about their experience with WG support.  I know for a fact,  having  dealt with support that they don't give flippant answers and will suggest several methods of testing your connection and computer hardware/software setup before suggesting,   "we don't know what causes this problem".

If it were an issue with the game, I'm sure the issues would be more widespread. I suspect the crashing is something you need to fix on your end.

I'd agree with you, but I get this constant crashes ever since 5.10 or 5.11. Every patch is broken. I've done all they have said, even a clean re-install.

Either what you are saying is true, or this game is REALLY poorly optimized to run on anything that is not medium to high end components...

Granted it sounds vague, but my last ticket was answered that way. I was able to fix it, no idea how, after so many computer resets and relaunching the program, it worked.

Prior to that, the solution was "turn of post-processing" as it was crashing my PC.

I feel that WoWs is not very demanding of hardwAre. Sometimes I play on a 6 year old Dell desktop with a 1GB GPU and Windows 7. Naturally the graphics are not spectacular but it runs smoothly without any crashes.  Edit: I should also mention that a while back my game started to crash in the middle of matches and it turned out that my PSU was bad and overheating. When you touch it, the PSU should be cool or room temperature, if it's warm or hot, there is your culprit.

I run WoWs on an ancient laptop without any problem

The only time it crashed was due to memory faulty. It recovered after I changed one of it.

Yep, never had a CTD except when I was running some mods that didn't get updated. Sounds like it's OP's computer, not the game.

When was the last time you updated drivers?

Last time you reinstalled Windows?

Last time you reinstalled the game?

Do you run as admin?

Do you have mods installed?

It runs just fine on my potato. I do drop the game quite a bit when I'm divisioning but I've never had the game crash, not once.

If it really was as bad as OP says, I'd quit playing.

OP, sorry to say, but it's something with your computer. What's your specs and such?

I have a Dell Laptop... potato windows 7, low end Nvidia card...the only issue I have is low FPS in the 30-40 range, so y setting are low, so quality of graphics is low but I have NEVER ONCE had a connection issue, crash issue or anything else, ever..

So high end my but, you maybe need to get a new system, OR find out what is wrong with yours cause it is clearly not a WG issue... it is a user issue,

People that blame WG for THEIR own computer problems really tick me off,

I don't mean to sound crass, but man oh man look at YOUR issue and fix it....or find someone to help instead of just blaming WG

NO way it is WG or I would have the same issues, hell we ALL WOULD...

server side games need a reliable client side to make it all work... if it was a server issue EVERYONE would have it... but what do I know, I am only a network admin....

I have not had these issues and the vast majority have not had these issues since I began playing it just over a year ago.
