I've seen maybe three of them. Ever. One of them shot down half of my torp squad from my Hiryu that flew somewhat close to it, because T6 planes on a T7 CV that can see T9 AA is a thing.

She may be the first ship in WoWs history to never be sold again for being too underpowered.

 

I would love to see sales figures for the premium ships over the past calendar year.  Outside maybe one of the tier 2 premiums, the KK has to be near the bottom.

I would like to think she may get buffed somehow someday. I want to like mine so bad but I have trouble finding a USE for it. 

especially when I'm shooting HE at an angled anything and I'm getting zero-damage hits with no fire or module damage.

Yeah the ship actually isn't that bad outside of it's shells inability to get anything done.   It kills DD's okay in closer ranges.  The torps are also pretty decent with good firing Arcs but you need to suicide run into the 5km range to use them....

 

I have had some monster games in it but overall it's a turd that's a drag on the team.
