Anyone else finding these sounds to be really bad?  My ambient sounds seem to be over riding the normal sounds, shells being fired over me sound like waves crashing .  they all sound like they are single channel Mono.

I've upgraded all my drivers.  I haven't played since .14 hit so just not seeing this.

The wind sounds are way overdone and need to be toned down or removed.

The "radio chatter" is not really appropriate for most of the ships (the Axis did not really use a TBS, and, while picky the radio chatter does sound a bit more like the tone you would get in modern aviation than on an old TBS system).

You should add a poll to this thread. I am really not enjoying the new battleship gun sounds nor the various bouncing sounds, all of them sound very shallow and tinny.

They did a great job previous patch, but this one is so bad it made me wonder too if I had some setting wrong.  everything is treble heavy and extremely tinny.  my BB guns sound like popcorn.

the background sounds and choosing shells overheard are truly overdone.

I know the sound team does good work, and the music team did amazing work, so without trying to sound too lambast-y, "Guys.  This is wack."

Bayern sort of reminded me of putting a canister into one of those old pneumatic delivery systems.  (E.g., at "banks," which formerly had "tellers," who were "people.")

After my first patch game, I turned down ambient sounds. Problem solved.
