After I asked him what the f*ck he thinks he's doing he blamed the Benson and said that someone like me who has no idea from DDs should shut his mouth. 77 MotorheadEddie Beta Testers 514 posts Report post #15 Posted November 7, 2016 (edited) Had few battles with USS Montana, a while ago I engaged a derp broadside-on Yamato, seems a few Yamato owners think Montana is a total pushover, Yamato turns broadside on to me at 5.7km...I fire the first salvo....35k....back down the speed and bow on the best I could and fire a second salvo and whack him for 31k... the NC behind me finished him off but the Yamato driver claimed "That should not happen" Sorry I do not have a screenshot....I couldn't stop laughing and I spilled my beer over it. Said I was a sellout for playing 30 games in it then getting the Yamato. ....Little does he know the captain that the Yammie would have gotten is still in the Izumo and the Yamato only comes out for clan events. Long story short, numbers my SUGGEST the Izumo is bad, in my opinion, its a lack of players willing to switch from the style every other BB in the game accustoms you to that factors in for alot of that belief...but, this isnt the place for that. ^^ Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Lets just settle with my opinion is different then most. ^^ like you I am an izumo enthusiast, I find the ship a lot more fun to play than the yammy. But I'm also realistic about the vessel's limitations and I can recognize the issues that plague the ship. I think it would be incredibly arrogant and irresponsible for me to say "I like the izumo therefore most people must be doing it wrong".
