Won the gremy, a week later still not in port

I won her during the last torpedoesfortroops give away marathon they had going on last week. I was declared one of the hourly give away winners and I won the gremy. torps said it might be a few days till my ship shows up in port.

 

Well a week later, and still no ship in port. and I even sent torps a message through twitch.tv, and he has my IGN which is the same one I used during the twitch event. He never answered

 

Anyone else had a problem with this?

I won a Gremy on the torpedoesfortroops stream as well. I submitted a ticket to support (in-game items) on Monday, and It was added to my port a bit later.

I have also heard another user say it took a week and a half. I figured something might be wrong since Torpedoes said a few days, and it has already been a week. if what you are saying is correct carefreetongue, then IT should be ok. Again they told me a few days, so I figure Id start a James Comey style wikileaks investigation..I mean..Support ticket...:-p

I was a lucky winner too, but I figured that with everything that was happening with the fundraiser, the Halloween stuff, the Belfast, the new update, the new Missouri and the new public test, it would take longer than a few days. I have more than enough ships to keep me busy for a loooong time.

Seeing how you guys got your ships filled with customer support tickets, I submitted one as well.

 

They responded that they wanted a screencap. I'm going to sit through 13 Twitch replays  , each lasting between 2 and 6 hours  to find the exact moment, and then screencap it  . 

 

Yeah... Not gonna happen. 

 

I think I'll stick to my original simple plan and just wait. If it gets there, it's there, if it doesn't, it's not. All good.

Funny thing is that the Gremmy was considered the worst of the three pre-order ships during CBT. Sims was the ship to have.

Man. Do I feel embarrassed now. WG came through, and I didn't have to sit through the Twitch video marathon. 

 

It seems I didn't win a Gremy. I won a ton of signal flags. I am very happy with my prize - just a little embarrassed bc I thought it was something else. I guess I should have been paying more attention to the stream, but TBH, I was playing on WoWS intermittently during the day.
