Will Belfast only be available in the Premium Shop?

Doesn't really mean much - all premium ships have a gold value, be they available in the tech tree or not.

Each of the servers have their own practices.  They don't even have the ships in premium shop available at the same time.  They don't even have the same style of ARP mission requirements.  AFAIK, NA server is also the only one with a Flag that has any bonus on it (Military Month Contributor).  The servers are in numerous ways, on their own program.

Business is business, and WG are ultimately a company that wants to make as much money as possible, not a charity out to cuddle financially poor players. They'll keep doing bundles it as long as people keep buying bundles and increasing their net profit.

I do believe the backlash when they pulled the nasty stunt with Bundles first on the Prince Eug. will stop them pulling that stunt again ..

Like I posted a few weeks ago the most expensive EU bundle was around 110$
