A idea for a perk for Captains

A lot of you know that spirits in Navy's across the world has always been on ships. So how about adding a perk or consumable that helps the Captain out when his ship is being tore to pieces. For example Rum for the Royal Navy. Sake for the Imperial Japanese Navy, Snapps for the German Navy see were i am going with this. Have it so they can focus on a repair, Faster reload, etc. What ever is need. What is your thoughts guys on this.

I like the idea.  You pay 50k or whatever for this single use super premium consumable and when you use it, it immediately resets the cooldowns on all of your other consumables.

Mmmmmmmmmm no. Already have consumables. And if you were to somehow implement it you'd have to include some kind of penalty after the initial bonus, since that's how booze works and all.

Was thinking when the ship is down like to 15% or 10% of health. A 1 shot to buy that extra time needed.

An automatic perk on 16 or 17 point captains.  Kinda sucks to have that 1 point just stting there and nothing to use it on.

It's Schnapps if you may...

 

And as for your idea, there is already something like that implemented. Look at Last Chance, it reduces the reload of any type by 30% once the Health is below (I think) 10%. There you have your "gimme alcohol these wounds are nothing"-perk

Yes but the US Navy is still dry, right? Or were stills common on USN WWII ships?

It's not a flag it's a captain skill. A T5 skill named last Chance.
