1,072 [SVER] Sinboto Beta Testers 3,811 posts 10,177 battles Report post #1 Posted October 28, 2016 I was speaking to another tester earlier and they informed me on something that's not readily apparent in the game, if you have a Crown Colony class cruiser you've likely seen this upgrade: What it seems to do is give you an extra 400 or so damage to your torps, why would you want to waste 12k exp on that right, well that's not all it does: it also increases flooding chance on your torpedos so go ahead and pick it up.
