I gather that you are wanting the Narvik's with their 5.9's but you do know that they weren't very good, too much top weight and very poor accuracy. No clue but I think the French are next in line for something. I would like to see the French BB's but their DD's would be interesting too. They had good cruisers but they weren't stand outs.

incorrect, although France IS the next nation WG will  being adding, its not going to happen until around May probably!

While they are working on the German DDs, French and Italian trees, etc ..... I think that they should put out some Premium Versions of these upcoming ships.

It would be useful to set the tone, and give players a peek as to  what to expect; and also to maintain interest and visibility.

Otherwise its going to be a long dry spell with little new and exciting going on.

French DDs in a nutshell:

- super fast

- many guns at the rear

As far as we know, WG's modus operandi tends to be that whenever they are going to add a new nation, they add a premium BB well in advance, and then add cruisers first. Usually, they drop a premium whenever they release a new line, for purposes of captain training and all that.

 

That being said, it wouldn't be a bad idea for WG to drop some kind of a premium earlier than usual... For example, I think that at this point just about anything Italian could do quite well...

 

I forget how old WoT is, but since then, and up to now across all the games WG had done in this "World of ____" series, despite the fact Italy was one of the three major axis powers, the entirety of Italian content in these three games boils down to:

 

-a premium aircraft in WoWp, under China's tree(Ba.27)

-a single autocannon in WoT(Breda 20mm) available to some early tier German tanks.

 

At this point, I'd probably buy Faà di Bruno if they offered it...

My guess is we'll get a "sneak peak" of the German DD line (meaning announcement of which ship goes at each tier) sometime in November.

they did a Z39 video earlier this year, 2-3 months ago?? Maybe T10 for germany?? Dunno lel

Z39 seems more like a T7/T8 premium. If they get a subline for the 15cm armed DDs, the T10 would be one of the Spähkreuzer designs.

be intreasting to see how german DDs are. IMHO their Cruisers and Battleships are quite complimentry, with the BBs being close range bruisers, and their cruisers being fantastic in long range enviroments.
