Here is my Leander's best score. I was rather proud of it and I thank the battleships who's sacrifices (sluggishness) made this possible. I used my Leander as an island ambusher much like I would a Faragat class destroyer, and boy it worked good here. Can you imagine a Farragut with 8km torps?

I actually had lobbed all four torps into a Nagato that was 2.5km away coming around from an island, it didn't kill the Nagato but I pegged it with guns while turning around in my smoke screen. While the Nagato was still up I launched 4 more torps past the Nagato at a New Mexico, because more torps at the Nagato would be a waste! landed 4 more hits. Later in the battle a Bayern charged my smoke screen and I got two torps into her as well as a lot of gun fire. Good times! Good times!

What are your top damage games? This one was exciting.

i don't have the Victory screen from it, but my highest(according to my player stats) is 143k in the Minotaur: https://gyazo.com/1a91fb199b00e42a4a13b3933f596fd8

And i take no shame in saying i Free-xped my way there. Because despite that, it's one of my best ships(coming from an Average player at best)

115k with the Danae and It included torping two BBs and a Carrier. My next games were crap.

Not so good as that, but I thought it was stylish:

Guns ineffective, switching to torpedo and ram!

I think with my Danae it is 243 xp. Yup - that's two hundred forty three point zero zero xP. I'm thinking I have some room for improvement.

I just did a funny one in Warspite. Not score-wise, which is quite ordinary. Three sinks on only 17 hits on 76 AP rounds fired  (not really exceptional marksmanship), an Emerald, 3 rounds (First Blood, Devastating Strike from full health), a New York, 11 rounds and a legitimate sink with help, and a Cleveland, 1 round, plus 2 hits on a Kirov. The Cleveland was a last shell hit steal from a team mate that landed 6 rounds on it just as my last gasp salvo arrived. 51,654 damage points. 1106 base XP, 155,331 net credits with the bonuses. 3,038 damage points per shell hit. Kind of weird because the Emerald sink was in the first three minutes, and my next salvo caught the New York with 5 rounds. After that everyone on the other team was avoiding me like the plague behind cover and exposing themselves to my team mates, so the team got the win. I am not normally this efficient!

Nice, I know this is off topic, but how is the Warspite? I almost want one.

Obselete.

Its never high tier, and is fragile and very, very susceptible to fire damage.  Despite flags and DCII, I would wager I die to fire 8/10 times in that ship.

The turrets are the worst part for me, though - I am careful in setting up engagements, so my turrets are correctly starboard or port - but if you run into the unexpected and need to reset guns to the other side - I don't believe there are slower turrets in the game.

The Bayern is three times the ship the Warspite is, and the New Mex is twice the ship - another victim of power creep, unfortunately.

Not exactly my best score in the Emerald but pretty close.  So far, I've consistently been pulling 30-70k in the ship, with the exception of one 21k match.  Been only 9 so far, but as far as I'm concerned, it can only get better with how often I was in a T5-7.  What I'm happier about is that this was as a T5 in a T7 match with a stock hull; I was an idiot and bought the upgraded torpedoes first.  Thankfully, this match allowed me to fix that.

Also, bless that secondary that set a fire on the Pensacola.  Perfect way to rub in his improper use of his damage control; the Nurnberg with me lit him on fire, he healed it, and I citadeled him as soon as it expired.  The secondary gun lit him on fire right after that.:teethhappy:

What makes the happiest is how that engagement with the New Mexico played out.  I charged straight out from behind an island 7km from him, unleashed the right side torpedo battery, then turned the other side like I was launching those too.  He started a turn right into my first wave of torpedoes, and his salvo bounced off the belt.  Two fish from the left side ended him.

The last one is not that high of damage but its one of the few compliments I have gotten from a Forumer.

Edit: I just realized each pic has a cap too

I, too, have no victory screen, but I once did 88k+ damage in an Emerald.  That number came mostly from torpedoes, which probably means I'm doing something very wrong, but oh, well.....

Jesus, Mary and Joseph, I think your Minotaur privileges need to be cancelled before they nerf the ship.
