My favorite part of the Kuma class is the Kitakami was refit to have 40 torpedo tubes.

Yes, 40 Long lances at your disposal.  I really have to see how this will (un)balance the game.

I wonder what the reload timer will be for that one.

The Mogami is my favorite cruiser, especially after it was converted to carry sea planes.

When it comes to torpedoes so is quantity a quality of it's own as you can lay down a fan of torpedoes covering a large area, making it hard for your targets to avoid them.
