As I missed it the last time it was in the Prem shop I took the offer and saved a bit too. Thanks WG I suppose these are random? or did I do something in the previous battle to earn it? I know when I got the offer for my Indianapolis, I had just come out of a battle with my Cleveland, so the offer kinda made sense to me. I don't remember what I was sailing before the offer I got for my Arizona though... nor the one for the port slots, and there was one more, but I don't even remember what that one was for. Well, that puts another nail in the coffin of the theory that you have to have a lot of doubloons to get the offers. I think it's safe to say they are somewhat random. My guess is they are tied, at least to a certain extent, to your account expenditures. They also tend to be very good deals.
