Did one Co-op in Black Swan and one Random . After the Random have the tier 2 and did 15 citadels in the Random match ( most I have gotten ) !  Enemy team was all Black Swans and I learned REAL quick how to citadel them and so how NOT to get citadel hit myself .      Yep looks like I may have a new tier 1 ( I keep at least one of each tier and as I am not a collector of ships { have only 14 in port but that is because I am grinding two lines} but of tech trees ) .

Idk, I find it really hard to be insta-deleted in my cruisers if I am paying attention.

 

These RN cruisers... If you look at them funny they will either eat citadels or overpens. Most likely citadels with how big and un-armored they are.

I do like the Royal Navy Cruisers.  Very different play style than other nations though.  I am only on tier 3 now.  The guns feel a bit weak with only AP to throw.  Citadels at tier 3 deal out decent damage, but I feel that lack of HE when enemy ships are angled.  I truly love the single launch feature.  Makes the ships into very viable torpedo boats.    You can make it damned difficult to dodge all the torps if you parcel them out right and this results in more torp hits overall I would say.  The repair feature on a tier three cruiser was a bit of a surprise.  All-in-all fun ships to play.  Not sure at high tiers how they will stack up against some of the heavy hitters.  I did see a Minotaur in a tier 8 -10 random this morning.  This was a big surprise.  I was running my Kutuzov.  Insane ROF, and was impressive as hell, but took some solid hits from a Zao and Yamato and didn't appear to take it well (Not that any cruiser does).  Was not a good test with small teams in this random (5 people per team).  The enemy Fubuki stayed on the opposite side of the map from him though.  Can't say I blamed him.

They do. Saw one of them today. They were extremely salty when people started asking them why they had a premium camo and 8 flags on a T1 ship...

I actually might keep Black Swan because she has the highest DPM at that tier, even though her shells do 550 max damage, nothing has armor at that tier anyway.

It's a double-edged sword. One fish at the ready is enough to stop the rest of the launcher from being re-armed.
