So the AA destroyer that wasn't got changed for patch 0.7.7. The high skilled captain with IFHE and Concealment expert was needed on this ship. This indicated that the mechanics for 100mm HE was weak at it's tier level. The mechanic was changed from 1/6 to 1/4 to determine the penetration for the HE shell. This meant 25mm bows and stern on cruisers was now a viable target. But the stealth of the ship was nurfed, along with the turning radius and spotting range when firing thorough smoke Check it out here if you like: https://worldofwarships.com/en/news/common/update-077-go-navy/#balance I found the ships hard to maneuver before the nurf, now it is pedestrian after this rudder shift adjustment. The ability it had to fight other DD's has been reduced as it is spotted sooner. They will have plenty of time to set themselves up to smoke after they have fired. Using the old you fire so the rest of my team can see you and I will fire from smoke trick. Or they will just spot you and let their team do the shooting. I think the ship would have been fine without the nurf. Was it too powerful? With a win rate of: 52.33% NA forth tier 8 DD. 51.73% EU it was forth tier 8 DD. 52.96% RU, but 7th tier 8 DD 50.60% Asia and 8th tier 8 DD I'll update here in a months time to see how it has changed
