  1. Overestimating WG's ability to adding new ships to the game, here's some Canadian light cruiser line suggestions (then again, a commonwealth line would be easier to do probably but idk). This is a bit of a pipe dream as most of these ships are fictional. Anyone with more experience can hop in and give input of you want. Saw some people proposing lines and thought it would be fun to try adding my proposal ideas. Gimmicks (gimmicks are average and subject to change, the higher the tier) Basic Stats: Low detectability Average speed High maneuverability High HE pen Mediocre AP pen Poor armor Consumables: Torpedo Tubes [available at III and beyond] Crawling Smoke [available at VI and beyond] Hydroacoustic Search [available at VII and beyond] Fighter and Defensive AA Fire [available at VIII and beyond as options over Hydro] Surveillance Radar [available at VIII and beyond as an option over Smoke] Repair Party [available at IX and beyond] Specialized Repair Teams [available exclusively to premium IX Edmonton] Spotting Aircraft [available exclusively to premium VII Quebec] Ships (w/ main battery armaments) {reimagined = adjusted armament to fit the line) I Sackville (reimagined) (4x1 120mm) II Niobe (reimagined) (8x1 152mm) III Aurora (reimagined) (8x1 152mm) IV Moncton (3x2 152mm) V Ottawa (4x2 152mm) VI Montreal (4x2 152mm) VII Ontario (3x3 152mm) VIII Halifax (4x3 152mm) IX Vancouver (5x3 152mm) (similar turret layout to Mogami) X Victoria (4x4 152mm) (similar to Plymouth) Premiums: II Rainbow (reimagined) (8x1 152mm) VI Toronto (4x2 203mm) (imagined CAN CA of the UK County-class heavy cruisers) VII Quebec (3x3 152mm) (Surveillance Radar is available as well as Spotting Aircraft, but no Smoke) IX Edmonton (3x4 152mm) (Victoria with one less turret, but with exclusive Specialized Repair Teams) It's really late as I'm making this post so add and take what you want from this. 2. There are a pair of ships in the game that are modeled and still in the game files, and I think one of them could be an interesting armory premium if WG would choose to refine the stats slightly. I am referring to the British tier V destroyer Anthony that was a special mission ship when the original Dunkirk mission was available. Anthony is an A type Destroyer and a sister to tech tree V Acasta, but with some notable differences. First, the Anthony, unlike Acasta, can stealth fire torpedoes before concealment expert due to haveing an extra kilometer of range with its torpedoes, giving it almost a full km to work with with concealment expert, as opposed to Acasta which has nearly the same detection and torpedo range with concealment expert. Another key difference is the very not typical choice of consumables Anthony has, forgoing smoke for both engine boost and defensive AA, which would need some serious buffing to its base AA to be worthwhile, but that would not be difficult to change. The final difference is in the damage of the torpedoes, with the Anthony getting an extra 4k damage per fish over Acasta. Basically, what I am saying is, please put in a good work to St. Petersburg to please give us this ship that the majority of the work has already been done for. It is a fun alternative to its tech tree sister. Thank you.
  3. IndexStart and stop times Earning Royal Tokens (Directives, Daily Chains, & Daily Shipments) Spending Royal Tokens (Cmdr, dubs, premium time, flags, camo, & credits) UK CA London and UK CA Cheshire premium ships and the UK CA (heavy cruiser) Tech Tree released Random Token Bundles for Doubloons Updates to Normal Upgrades Start and stop times. Patch 9.1 is scheduled to drop at 8am EST on Wed, Feb 12th. The maintenance window starts at 5am EST. Patch 9.1 is expected to end at 5am EST on Wed, Mar 11th when the maintenance window for 9.2 starts. A new Directive starts each week and ALL Directives end at 2am PST Mon, Mar 9th, so plan on being done by end of day on Sun, Mar 8th. Directive I starts with the patch drop, likely 8am EST, Wed Feb 12th. Directive II starts 5am EST, Mon Feb 17th. Directive III starts 5am EST, Mon Feb 24th. Directive IV starts 5am EST, Mon Mar 2nd. You must complete Dir I, before you can start on Dir II, even if Dir II has started. Daily Chains will have Royal Tokens starting 5am EST, Thu, Feb 13th and will end at 2am PST Mon, Mar 9th. So 25 days from Feb 13th to Mar 8th is the 20 per day between the two Daily Chains for the total of 500 Tokens. Daily Shipments will start at 8am Wed, Feb 12th and end at 2am PST Wed, Feb 26th. So the last day to collect a Daily Shipment is Tue, Feb 25th. To collect all 10 rewards, you have to start collecting by Sun, Feb 16th. Daily Challenge will have Royal Tokens for victories with 3 specific UK CAs starting 5am EST, Wed, Feb 12th and will end at 2am PST Wed, Mar 11th. So 28 days from Feb 12th to Mar 10th is the 10 per day that you can get for a total of 280 Royal Tokens. Earning Royal Tokens (1,380 total available, but only 1,100 total available if you do not have T8 Albemarle tech tree ship and/or the T6 London premium ship) You will be able to earn Royal Tokens in the Directives, Daily Chains, Daily Challenges and Daily Shipments only during 9.1. You will be able to spend the Tokens in Armory from 9.1 through 9.2. When 9.3 drops they will be converted to credits. So 9.3 is scheduled for Wed, Apr 8th currently and Royal Tokens will be converted at the rate of 1 for 9,000 credits when that patch drops. Directives (550 total Royal Tokens) There will be 4 Directives with one coming out each week. Each Directive will likely have 8-10 Missions (36 total) and you will likely need to complete 5-7 Missions to complete a Directive. There will be 550 Royal Tokens in the Directives. Note the underlined sentence in the screenshot below. It probably means that the Missions to complete each Directive may have Nation, Ship Type, and/or Tier restrictions to complete the mission. So do not be surprised if you get a mission for torp hits on DDs by one particular nation, secondary hits by BBs of a particular nation, bomb hits by a carrier of a particular nation, or something else similar. Those with fleets of a few to one nations and/or ship types may have problems completing Missions for the Directives. We will not find out the Mission details until the patch drops on Wed, Feb 12th. A new Directive starts each week and ALL Directives end at 2am PST Mon, Mar 9th. Directive I starts with the patch drop, 8am EST, Wed Feb 12th. Complete 4 of the 9 Missions to complete the Directive and the reward is 100 Royal Tokens. Directive II starts 5am EST, Mon Feb 17th. Complete 4 of the 9 Missions to complete the Directive and the reward is 150 Royal Tokens. Directive III starts 5am EST, Mon Feb 24th. Complete 4 of the 9 Missions to complete the Directive and the reward is 150 Royal Tokens. Directive IV starts 5am EST, Mon Mar 2nd. Complete 4 of the 9 Missions to complete the Directive and the reward is 150 Royal Tokens, the T6 premium ship London, a Victorian White perma-camo for London, a port slot, and a 3 pt Cmdr. You must complete Dir I, before you can start on Dir II, even if Dir II has started. Daily Chains (500 total Royal Tokens) The Daily Chains from Thu, Feb 13th through Wed, Mar 9th will have a TOTAL of 500 Royal Tokens. That is 25 days of Daily Chains with 20 Royal Tokens per day which would be 10 per Daily Chain that day. We do not know if you get Tokens for each task in the chain or only for completing each of the two chains. We will get that detail on Thu, Feb 13th. You get 2 Royal Tokens for each stage and 4 Royal Tokens for completing a Daily Chain. So each Chain is 10 Tokens and both in a day are 20 Tokens. Daily Shipments (50 total Royal Tokens) The Daily shipments run from Wed, Feb 12th through Tue, Feb 25th. If you want to collect all the Daily Shipment, you have to start by Sun, Feb 16th at the latest. To collect a Daily Shipment, you need to log into the game and go to the Daily Shipments tab to click and collect your Shipment for that day. You can set the Shipments tab to come up automatically when you log into the game in the Shipment tab. Shipments Rewards are below. 1st - 3x Union Jack one-use camouflages 2nd - 50,000 credits 3rd - 10 Royal Tokens 4th - 3x Union Jack one-use camouflages 5th - 50,000 credits 6th - 10 Royal Tokens 7th - 1 day of Warships Premium Account 8th - 10 Royal Tokens 9th - 50 doubloons 10th - 20 Royal Tokens You can buy Royal Tokens in the Random Bundles that will be in the Armory for 9.1 and 9.2 patches. See the dedicated Random Bundles section below. Daily Challenges (280 total Royal Tokens) There will be Daily Challenges (2nd option under the Combat Missions tab in port) for the T8 CA Ablemarle tech tree ship, T8 CA Cheshire premium ship (end of Feb release) and T6 CA London premium ship (likely patch day release). You can get up to 10 Tokens per day for a victory in those those 3 ships (not each ship). So 10 Royal Tokens for one victory in one of those ships. The T6 London will likely cost between $20 and $24 for the ship itself and there will almost certainly be bigger bundles of stuff available. The T8 Cheshire will likely cost between $44 and $48 for the ship itself and there will almost certainly be bigger bundles of stuff available. The T8 Ablemarle will change from early access to Tech Tree ship this patch. So you will be able to grind it like any other tech tree ship after the patch drops on Wed, Feb 12th. Spending Royal Tokens NOTE: IF you want to get the UK Cmdr Andrew Cunningham for Royal Tokens, he will cost 1,000 of the 'free' total of 1,380 Royal Tokens. So hoard your Tokens if you want the Cmdr. He will come back in the Armory for coal in patch 9.7, which is likely late July to Aug as a SWAG. You will need to complete ALL 4 Directives and get most of the Daily Chains to get the 1,000 Royal Tokens you will need. There will be Random Bundles you can buy for doubloons that will have camo, flags and Royal Tokens, see more below in that dedicated section. You can spend Royal Tokens in patches 9.1 and 9.2, but can only earn 'free' Royal Tokens in patch 9.1. In patch 9.2, you will still be able to buy the Random Bundles for doubloons that will have Royal Tokens. The time to spend Royal Tokens is scheduled to be from Wed, Feb 12th to likely Wed, Apr 8th. When patch 9.3 drops, on what is scheduled to be Wed, Apr 8th, any left over Royal Tokens will be converted to credits at the rate of 1 to 9,000 credits. The big item to spend Royal Tokens on is the UK Cmdr Andrew Cunningham who will have the following special bonuses and talents. You can buy the following with Royal Tokens in the Armory from Wed, Feb 12th to very early morning likely Wed, Apr 8th: 1,000 Royal Tokens = UK Cmdr Andrew Cunningham 140 Royal Tokens = 200 Doubloons 70 Royal Tokens = 1 day WoWs premium time 50 Royal Tokens = 450,000 credits (NOTE: this is the same as waiting for them to be converted on Apr 8th.) 10 Royal Tokens = 1 Union Jack one-use camouflages 84 Royal Tokens = 10 Victor Lima signal flags (+0.5/1% causing fire bonus and +4% causing flooding bonus) 40 Royal Tokens = 10 Sierra Mike signal flags (+5% to ship's max speed) 40 Royal Tokens = 10 India Delta signal flags (+20% to the amount of HP recoved from Repair Party) 32 Royal Tokens = 10 India Yankee signal flags (-20% to fire duration) 32 Royal Tokens = 10 Juliet Charlie signal flags (-100% detonation chance, still 0% if you mount flags with a det chance) 32 Royal Tokens = 10 November Foxtrot signal flags (-5% reload on comsumables, stacks with Jack of All Trades) UK Premium ships and Tech Tree ships The UK CA London will be the reward for completing the 4th Directive in patch 9.1. The premium ship will come with a port slot, Victorian White perma-camo, and a 3pt Cmdr. It may or may not have the Type 10 premium ship perma-camo and my guess is that it will not get that normal perma-camo. You will need to complete the 4th Directive by 2am PST Mon, Mar 9th, so plan on being done by the EOD Sun, Mar 8th. If you buy the premium ship before earning it, you will get doubloon compensation, but the amount has yet to be disclosed. A guess would be 4,850 to 5,800 doubloons, but this is only a guess. The T6 London will likely go on sale in the premium shop on Wed, Feb 12th for around $20 and $24 for the ship itself and there will almost certainly be bigger bundles of stuff available. London leaves the premium shop at 2am PST Friday, March 13th. So if you want to purchase it, buy it by EOD on Thursday, March 12th. The T8 Cheshire will go on sale in late Feb and likely cost between $44 and $48 for the ship itself and there will almost certainly be bigger bundles of stuff available. Cheshire is on sale as of February 28th and leaves the premium shop at 2am PST Friday, March 13th. So if you want to purchase it, buy it by EOD on Thursday, March 12th. $45.20 for the ship, $78 for the mid-bundle, and $90 for the big bundle. UK CA Tech Tree ships The Early Access T5 Hawkins, T6 Devonshire, T7 Surrey, and T8 Albemarle will become tech tree ships as the full UK CA split is dropping. Any Cmdrs NOT trained for the early access ships will need to undergo training once the ships are tech tree ships, like normal tech tree ships. The UK CA line will branch off of the Emerald or Danae CL and run to the T10 Goliath. Random Bundles (1,920 total Royal Tokens) There will be Random Bundles you can buy in the Armory for 1,000 doubloons each. There will be 48 total bundles and 6 Bundles in each category. You will be offered one bundle and if you buy it, you will then be offered another bundle. Since there are only 6 Bundles in each category, you can only get a bundle six times. The bundles have 6 Union Jack one-use camos, 6 Draconic signals, 10 combat signals and 40 Royal Tokens. The breakdown is below. 6 Union Jack one-use camos, 6 Dragon signals, 10 Sierra Mike signals, and 40 Royal Tokens 6 Union Jack one-use camos, 6 Wyvern signals, 10 India Yankee signals, and 40 Royal Tokens 6 Union Jack one-use camos, 6 Red Dragon signals, 10 Juliet Charlie signals, and 40 Royal Tokens 6 Union Jack one-use camos, 6 Ouroboros signals, 10 November Foxtrot signals, and 40 Royal Tokens 6 Union Jack one-use camos, 6 Hydra signals, 10 India Delta signals, and 40 Royal Tokens 6 Union Jack one-use camos, 6 Basilisk signals, 10 Victor Lima signals, and 40 Royal Tokens 6 Union Jack one-use camos, 6 Scylla signals, 10 Mike Yankee Soxisix signals, and 40 Royal Tokens 6 Union Jack one-use camos, 6 Leviathan signals, 10 November Echo Setteseven signals, and 40 Royal Tokens https://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Ship:Flags Updates to Upgrades Normal upgrades in slots 2 through 5 are being changed and added to. Tips for UK Cruiser Line

Any tips/strategies for a beginner playing the UK Cruiser line? I'm currently at the Tier V Emerald and I honestly feel like I just get instadeleted when running into anyone on the enemy team, BB blow me up from far away before I can gap close, DD come out of nowhere and blow me up, my AA seems really inefficient against CV's but I honestly die before having trouble with them most of the time, I've only really had success against other British Cruisers. I never sail in a stright line when I am detected, I change up my speed and which direction I am going constantly but it seems to really only postpone death. I know I'm supposed to stick to my team's BB but it's pretty difficult when I start way ahead of them and am faster than all of them even when at half speed. I do not want to say that the Emerald just sucks because I know the fault lies in my gameplay somewhere but it really feels like it does.
  5. Its probably best if you just glance over the Underlined and bold parts. Its quite long. Plz reply and share your experiences. Hi everybody! I have been looking around at other forums and have thought that It would be a good idea to have one, big, main forum where everybody can voice their opinions (i.e. rage and complain) about the recent carrier rework. I have been getting several different opinions about what the carrier rework and hotfix has done to our warships. I have been looking around to see what kind of different opinions we have been getting about the carrier rework. From what I have currently seen, the most trouble has come from destroyers. The complaint is that aircraft spotting is too good, and that they are permaspotted and shelled by everything in the vicinity. The same can be said about scout cruisers, which lack the AA defense to repel concentrated air attack, and who cannot output enough damage to repel the hail of fire that the rest of the battle fleet will throw at it. This also does not allow it to spot other targets, voiding its purpose. Light and Heavy cruisers can output a substantial amount of AA firepower, but only the most powerful light cruisers and the most AA oriented heavy cruisers to repel a concentrated air attack. Under constant attack from my fully maxed Lexington, only the enemy Atlanta, AA spec Cleveland, a new Orleans with defensive AA fire, and a trio of battleships pooling their AA could prevent themselves from being decimated by my aircraft (even the AA ships still took minor damage from the remains of my squadrons). Light cruisers that shoot from behind islands are immobile, and vulnerable to attack from bombers and torpedo planes. Heavy cruisers, especially those with an AA focus, are the only ships capable of repelling constant attack by same tier carriers without major damage. Most battleships, with the exception of high tier American ones, generally have crap or mediocre AA, and need an escort or a division to pool their AA. However, concealment isn't really that important, and all BBs can take a hit, so other than being unable to dodge torpedoes, they did OK. The main consensus is that CV's are not that fun to play against. On top of that, It is hard to repel air attack, and being permanently spotted is deadly for most light cruisers and destroyers. I have also heard complaints from the aircraft carrier community. The US Cv community, complains that dive bombers require too much RNG and that the torpedoes don't do enough alpha. The IJN community is having trouble with AP bombs and the bomb sights, which are accurate but hard to use. The british CV line is still going through buffs and nerf at an alarming rate. Right now (2 patches from now this could have changed entirely) the british CV community complains that the short arming distance torpedoes are carried by aircraft that lack the health and speed to reach their target, and the bombing runs are rather flat and sort of have a forward rather than a mostly down trajectory. On top of that, all Cv's are having trouble doing reliable damage to ships. For example, American CV's struggle to inflict damage with bombs to well armored battleships, whose deck they fail to penetrate, and maneuvering cruisers, which they lack the accuracy to hit. Many Cv's complain that other ships do damage and earn credits farming damage off of cruisers and destroyers that they spot, while the CV hemorrhages aircraft trying to get damage done and the cruisers and destroyers rage over being spotted and focused down by the rest of the enemy ships. In conclusion, I believe that carrier spotting mechanics are a death sentence for any ships that rely on concealment. I also believe that Carriers fail to do much damage due to the fact that their planes, while fast, have too little health or maneuverability. Also, Carriers don't like being up-tiered. I look forward to your opinions and ideas about how to fix the carrier. Please PLZ! comment below. Photo gallery:
  6. Almost all of the most famous battlecruisers belonged to the British Navy, and it is a shame that those ships are not represented here, in game. As opposed to the German Battlecrusiers, which where in essence fast battleships, built with heavy armor, but lighter guns, the British went the opposite way (or you could say the Germans when the other way, since the British did it first). British Battlecruisers carried guns of equal caliber of their equivalent Battleship cousins, in most cases, with a turret less. They hauled all that impressive firepower around at impressive speeds, too, though at the cost of armor. Comparing this tree with my German one, you will see that the British are faster and carrier bigger guns, but with significantly reduced armor. This will mean that these ships will need to be played in a different way than their German counterparts. With heavy, hard hitting guns and high speed, they will make excellent flankers and cruiser hunters, and could probably be played almost like oversized cruisers, themselves. Pros: Large guns, larger than either the French or Germans that she'd meet up in the same tier. High speed firing platforms Get large caliber towards the (Up to 18-inch) Cons: Weak armor Usually 1 less turret than same tier BB counterpart Weird ABQX turret layout for low tiers which becomes ABQ at higher tiers. 16", 16.5", & 18" guns are high velocity guns with lighter shells Tier III Indefatigable-Class The fastest battleship (and battlecruiser) at tier 3, Indefatigable would be a fairly mobile firing platform. With the ability to fire cross-deck with her wing turrets, she will have a broadside of eight 12-inch guns, which will make her competitive, in-so-much-as tier 4 can be competitive. Tier III -Premium- Invincible-Class In all ways lesser to her tech tree counterpart (as it should be), the Invincible would still be faster than every other country's battleships, though her firepower is less, since she can't fire cross-deck with her wings. You won't get her to win, you'd get her for the historic fact that she was the first class of battlecruiser built and is responsible for spawning the development of battlecruisers in most every other nation (it could be argued that the USN had independently come up with the idea of a battlecruiser as a fleet vanguard unit, but the British were the first to put it to practice, and the USN only really started seriously pursuing it afterwards). Tier IV HMS Queen Mary Following the Lion-Class (which I discluded because to avoid confusion with the British tier 9 BB), the HMS Queen Mary was a unique class that was an improvement of the Lions. Like the Lions and the Orion-Class super-dreadnoughts , the HMS Queen Mary carries 13.5-inch guns along her centerline, in an A,-B- Q- X layout. She's 6 knots faster than the Orions, but at the cost of a turret aft. Tier V HMS Tiger While she's not any faster than the preceding tier, HMS Queen Mary, HMS Tiger has the advantage of rearranged engineering equipment, moving the Q turret back and clearing its field of fire aft. While it's fire is still blocked directly aft at close range by a small superstructure. With the removal of the funnel, however, long range fire directly aft as it can fire over the superstructure, and it doesn't take much turning, either to port or starboard, to clear the superstructure. Tier VI Renown-Class Hull (A)Hull (B) The Renown-Class was essentially built out of parts for the Revenge-Class battleships, who themselves were a cheaper alternative to the Queen Elizabeth-Class. The stock hull represents the Renown-Class as they were built, while the upgraded hull is how HMS Renown was near the end of the war. She goes from having poor AA to being probably the best in tier. While her medium and long range battery would be the same as the Queen Elizabeths, her short range aura would be vastly superior. While she only has 3 double turrets, she can still outrun any other battleship currently in the game. Players who like highly mobile game play will like her, those who would want to hang back and fire from long range, like the rest of the line, have better options to do so. Tier VI -Premium- HMS Repulse Additional Consumable: Spotter (and Maybe Fighter) HMS Repulse, in her configuration at the time of her sinking in December of 1941. She lacks the number of 4.5-inch dual purpose guns that were fitted on HMS Renown, as well as the American levels of lighter guns. However, she would have access to the spotter consumable, and maybe the fighter consumable. At one time, Renown had a catapult plane, but it was removed and the hanger was converted into a theater. Better than Renown's Hull A, worse than Renown's Hull B, as it should be. Tier VII Admiral-Class HMS Hood as she was designed. Largely, she'll play the same, though without the rocket launchers for AA defense. Semi-Realistic Conventional

Chapter 1- First Contact UK mission - The British will have their battlecruiser Division out and will try to eliminate all of the German battlecruiser fleet - chase them across the map, if you have to. Don't lose more than 4 battlecruisers in the engagement. If you get down to 4 battlecruisers or are engaged by the German High Seas Fleet, fall back to the map border. UK Ships - You will have 9 ships at your disposal. Since we don't have any battlecruisers for the UK other then the Hood, we will use 9 Ishizuchi as a stand-in. If you have a white camo, use that to cover the ship and put on a jutland banner. Like this picture V. Kaiserliche Marine Mission - The Germans will have their battlecruiser squadron scouting ahead while the main fleet stays behind in formation at spawn. If you come across the UK battlecruisers, engage them and take out 5 of their cruisers by luring then into the guns of the high seas fleet. Kaiserliche Marine Ships - Since we don't have any WW1 era German battlecruisers in here yet, so we will just use a combination of Konig alberts/ kaisers with A hull but upgraded engines with speed flags and Graf Spees that equal 5 battlecruisers as stand ins. Use of torpedoes is prohibited. Germany will also have 5-7 battleships of tiers 3-5 (preferably Konigs and Kaisers) as backup in formation for a trap so the battlecruisers can lure them in to the crossfire. Chapter 2 - The Grand Battle UK mission- The battlecruisers are on the retreat intercept the german fleet and engage them from a battle line and surround the german fleet and pumble them into submission. Attempt to sink the rest of the German navy before they can try to escape to the map border. UK ships- 10 battleships and 2 other classes. 3 Queen Elizabeth classes including Warspite, 3 Orion class BBs , 2 Iron Dukes, 2 Bellerophon's, and 2 Other can either be a tier 2 dd or a tier 2 cruiser for spotting and supporting fire no torpedos. Kaiserliche Marine Mission- Form a battle line and intercept the Grand Fleet. Try to sink 3-4 ships, or just inflict more casualties than the royal navy has before trying to retreat and avoid getting crossed by the T. Kaiserliche Marine Ships- 9 battleships and 3 other types of ship. 3 Konigs, 3 Kaisers, 3 Nassaus. And 3 other types, being tier 2-3 cruisers and DDs for spotting and artillery support Torpedoes may only used in a fleet retreat and is limited to 1-2 reloads . Chapter 3 - The Night Battle UK mission- During a night battle, it is too dangerous for us to deploy our dreadnoughts due to the German’s superior night fighting equipment. Instead, you will command three destroyer flotillas, each led by a light cruiser. You will chase down the german fleet, your mission is to sink at least one battleship and damage at least five ships before the german fleet can make it to the other side of the map border. UK Ships - 9 Medea class DDs and 3 tier 2-3 Light Cruisers. Kaiserliche Marine Mission- German mission is to to break though the british destroyer flotillas- Try to not lose any battleships but a minimum of three battleships should make it to the safety of the map border. Use your escorts to help scout and protect yourselves from the British DDs. Kaiserliche Marine Ships- 6 German BBs a tier 3-5 with at least 3 Nassaus preferably and for the battleships escorts you can have any tier 2-3 german cruisers and tier 2-3 german dds you must have a minimum of 2 ship from both classes light cruisers and DDs.

Kriegsmarine mission: Get out to sea use islands and fjords as cover, a fog storm will be coming to cover your escape. Engage anything that tries to spot you in defense, but don't go fully after them your main mission is to escape. Make your way to the other side of the map with Prinz Eugen. Stealth is a priority so keep AA off till spotted by plane. ships to use Bismarck with bismarck camo and if possible the prinz Eugen if not then use the Hipper. RN CL Dido Premium Proposal

Hello everyone, This is my first post. :) I would like to suggest this ship as a new premium and like to discuss what would it be like if it was actually added to the game. HMS Dido The reason why I chose this ship is because I would like to entertain the thought of having a RN Atlanta. Having similar armament, it would have a reload time around 5 seconds and just like the Atlanta, have unlimited charges of the DFAA consumable because of its AA build. Some difference would be the shell type. Being a RN cruiser, it can only fire AP shells with the special RN ballistics while Atlanta could fire both types. While the Atlanta has HE and Radar, Dido trades these off for heal and smoke, making it different in terms of handling from Atlanta and Flint. However, because of its armament, it would have similar range like the Atlanta requiring the player to adapt to a similar game play of Atlanta. So what specs, consumables, or other stuff should the ship have while keeping it relatively balanced?

But the Bf 109, owing to its higher climb rate, could sustain climbing turns that the Spitfire was unable to keep up with. This gave German pilots more freedom to engage and disengage from dogfights with British fighters. Two quotes illustrate this advantage rather well:" "Armament-wise, neither aircraft ever had a clear advantage over the other. But it is still useful to study how the initial designs started off, and how the rapidly changing requirements of a modern air war forced changes to the weapon fit." "In terms of ease of operation, there were advantages and shortcomings to both designs. The Spitfire’s bubble canopy and large mirrors offered excellent views and better situational awareness to the pilot. The Bf 109s angular canopy with its thick frame fell short. On the other hand, the Bf 109’s Revi gunsight was far ahead of the early Spitfire’s ring-and-bead type sight. It eliminated parallax errors and made deflection shots more accurate. The aircraft’s engine and propeller controls were also more automated, which reduced pilot workload." of course, neither of the aircraft discussed in this excellent article (published by a respected source) are the navalized variants of either Spitfire or Bf109, but I think we have some expert opinion on the forums to fill in for this! But it would seem unavoidable, if not scandalous, if the World of Warships Zeppelin bf109s were not confronted with their nemesis, the Spitfire. "In the final analysis, it is difficult to declare an overall victor without going into the details of each variant. For the most part, the Bf 109 and Spitfire were both well-matched, with own unique strengths and shortcomings." discuss.
