  1. So - My original account is on EU. I stopped using it, because all of my friends started playing on NA. Thus, I have active accounts (mostly with different ships) on both NA and EU. With the account transfer offered, I would like to transfer my EU account to NA. Is it possible for me to transfer the account? Better - is it possible to merge them into one account on NA? Same credentials on both atm.
  2. I need to submit a Ticket, but am unable to as it requires that I run WGCheck.exe and attach the generated report. WGCheck.exe does not run on a Mac. Game seizing up

From the main support page scroll down to "Contact Support" or; from the "My Tickets" tab, scroll down to "Contact Support" Select the appropriate categories which your concern is related to Explain your issue or concern in as much clear detail as possible If appropriate, attach screenshots or replay files displaying issue or complaint. To do this drag and drop the file into the text box.
