  1. Sony (SIE) has pulled Cyberpunk 2077 from sale on the PlayStation Store until "further notice", and is offering a full refund to anyone who purchased it there. "[Sony Interactive Entertainment] strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction," the company wrote in a statement online, "therefore we will begin to offer a full refund for all gamers who have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store. SIE will also be removing Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Store until further notice. Sony offers full refunds on Cyberpunk 2077 game A model to follow by "some" other gaming company. Maybe... EDIT: It seems that my post isn't clear. What I was merely trying to convey is that SIE ethics lie on a different bed than some when it comes to customer satisfaction.
  2. Petition to Wargaming to send an email to each player regarding the Santa Crates refund.
  3. In light of the Santa Crate incident a refund or rollback in certain cases is offered. That's a nice gesture, but many people are left wondering how refunds work in this game, as well as what rollback entails. Official post offering refunds/rollbacks: For example if you roll back your account, according to the player support page: https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/article/15732/ Or for example when it comes to refunds some payment methods aren't eligible for refund: https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/article/10213/ Others have already asked in the Santa Crate thread for something similar, but please, create a stickied thread with relevant links to Support/info during the Holidays, many players may be stepping in blindly into refunds/rollbacks without considering all the consequences.
  4. I bought the first booster to Puerto Rico. I don't think I will be able to make it. Actually, even if I bought the second one I think I would not make it, really. I got disappointed to waste 6k doubloons. Can I ask a refund on those doublons spent, as the Puerto Rico construction has not started yet?
  5. 1. Set everyone’s progress at the halfway point of the event. 2. Give 100% back the doubloons purchased or give Puerto Rico to those who already put down money for the premium boosters. 3 give a special camouflage to those who have already bought Puerto Rico outright and 90 days of premium time. 4 Fix this mess before the German Courts move to action and use this event as a basis for prosecution. Folks I have worked in retail and this is not how you treat your customers. You take care of the customer or the customer leaves. Customer service should be the number 1 for any company.

    Midway refund

I'm seriously tempted to refund my midway and regrind it. The huge 480,000 fxp would put me up to 2,000,000fxp. Enough for alaska and azuma. Then I'd just regrind through the Lexington. Is it worth it and will I lose my midway legendary progress?
  7. Going world of warplanes 2.0 is fine, I just need to switch ships to planes to play the game !
  8. I want to reset my progress on my CVs in order to relearn them from the start. I am at tier 8 in both branches respectively, however when I go to refund them it tells me I will be getting doubloons in addition to the refund price. I don't want to sell my Halloween camos with my CVs is this what that doubloon compensation is for??

    Refund for Kronstadt

I bought this POS with my free xp and regret it immensely. It truly is a terrible ship for PvE play as it has all the disadvantages of a BB (slow, slow ROF, big size, and poor maneuverability) without the advantage of good armor. I is awful and I advise anyone playing co-op to not waste your free xp on it. What I am curious about if anyone has had any experience asking Wargaming for a refund on premium ships, especially this hunk of junk?
  10. if your intending to get refunds with 8.0 there will be some things ull be legally entitled to cash refunds refuse the doubloons, make a ticket and a complaint with consumer protection.(takes 5mins, all on the web) https://www.consumerprotection.govt.nz/ https://www.accc.gov.au/
