    Favourite soup recipe

    Hi! My son big lover of soups, and I don't know a lot's of recipes. So if you have approved recipes or your favourite ones, please share with me) Here is my favourite one: Ingridients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs 1 teaspoon olive oil 1/2 cup onion chopped 1/2 cup celery chopped 1 carrot peeled and chopped 3 cloves garlic minced 4 cups chicken stock 2 bay leaves 1 cup egg noodles salt and pepper to taste parsley to garnish Steps: Step 1 In a large pot sauté onion, celery and garlic until soft for about 5 minutes Step 2 Add seasoned chicken, chicken stock, 1/2 cup water, bay leaves and salt and pepper, bring to a boil then cover and simmer on low for about 35 minutes Step 3 Shred the chicken with the fork, add noodles and cook for about 5 more minutes Step 4 Serve garnished with parsley This recipe I took from here: chicken noodles soup Hope you'll like it, and share your recipes)
