No hydro, so you eat torpedos all the time. Main guns are meh, dispersion is awful. Smoke is very nice and long, but you don't get many. The secondaries shoot at the armored belt at close range, so they just harmlessly pound the same spot over and over for 0 damage. It's not worth $200, maybe $80 at the most. It doesn't really do anything you can't do in any other cruiser. It is however new, in a stale T10 meta.
