  1. http://www.uwsgaming.com In-game Stats: Here Clan History & Information We've been gaming since 2003, with member ages ranging from 17 to 80 (many players in 20's and 30's and recently lots in 40's) as well as a few girls. I could probably write a book on why you should join us like some clans do here, but to be honest many clans here are great. We enjoy Gaming just as anyone else does here, kicking back after work (or for some, school) and enjoy gaming with a side of laughter stamped with some great memories. WE ARE NOT going to force you through hell just to join the community like SOME places do treating you as if its a real life interview requiring you to go through harsh steps and having to show up to play on certain days, this isn't a job it's just a game to enjoy for fun and escape our good/bad daily lives (be it your a hardcore player or a casual one) and play on the days your available and convenient for you (and not for us). More About Us! ⚠️ Advanced Activity Reward System: 💠 Our new system automatically tracks your activity (teamSpeak/forums, recruiting new players, joining events) and gives points based on activity, this way Member of the Month goes to actual deserving members without any brown nosing interference. ⚠️ No Silly Military Ranks!: 💠MR's are so outdated, too many communities use them and we feel you deserve more than having a high military ranked Teenager bark orders at you. ⚠️ Play First, Join Later!: 💠 Our TeamSpeak is open to the public, we allow players to play with us first and if you enjoy the community you are more than welcome to fill out a short application. ⚠️ Never Get Booted for Inactivity: 💠 We never force members to attend meetings/events or risk being removed, be it a week/month/year you'll always remain as a member, real life always comes first with us so take your time and play when it's convenient for you and not for us. ⚠️ TeamSpeak over Discord 💠 Why? Because TeamSpeak is widely used by Older adults, it caters to larger groups far better and still offers the best VOIP quality, and less impact on your computer compared to discord with its bloatware and features. Old looking it may be but the new TS5 will be a mixture of Discord and TS (the best of both worlds), we are also sponsored by them and get benefits. We also play the following games ▶️ Escape From Tarkov ▶️ Last Oasis ▶️ DayZ Standalone ▶️ Star Citizen ▶️ SCUM ▶️ Rainbow Six | Siege ▶️ Atlas ▶️ Apex Legends ▶️ Battlefield Series ▶️ SQUAD ▶️ ArmA 3 ▶️ Playerunknown's Battlegrounds ▶️ Warframe ▶️ And many more and adding more all the time! 🔰 Our community stands 16+ years strong against hacking/glitching/item duping! 🔰 🔄 Website: http://www.uwsgaming.com ➡️ Teamspeak Address: ts.uwsgaming.com ⏬ Teamspeak Download (free): Click Here

As long as you are respectful and genuine, then you are welcome. Our Plans for the Future: We aren't a clan about taking this game too seriously. So, we're not going to be super competitive. OpEd: I Like This Game!

First off, let me say that I like this game! I enjoy playing this game. I'm not a big gamer. I don't have a lot of time to spend playing games. In fact, out of all the MMO games out there, I only make time for two and this is one of them. I'll be the first to admit that I probably spend a little more of my hard-earned cash on this game than I should, but that's my choice to make. Having served in the Navy in my younger years, playing this game provides me with some nostalgic memories of people that I've met, places that I've visited and experiences that have helped shape my life. Playing this game has also introduced me to new acquaintances, whom I've had the opportunity to play on the same team with and occasionally, to play against in those rare moments when I do play in Random. In short, I have fun playing this game, and isn't that what it's all about? The first time I played this game, I discovered it wasn't at all what I thought it was. It was so much more! My first month at this game was a constant deer-in-the-headlights type of moment. It was frustrating, it was cursing, it was shouting, it was having to get up and take a time out! It was hard! I should clarify. Playing the game wasn't hard. Playing was easy. Surviving and winning was hard. Like many who start this game, I progressed up the tiers too fast without understanding the dynamics of the game. As a result, I finally got to a point to where I just gave up the game and went back to my first love, so to speak. After a seventh month hiatus, I decided to take another look at WoWs. This time however, I was determined to approach the game from a different angle. This game still had a lot of appeal to me, but it wasn't until I realized how high the learning curve was, that it really grabbed me. What has made, and continues to make this game fun for me, is that it challenges me to learn. To play this game you have to know the basics. How to move, maneuver, fire your weapons and so on. However, to be successful in this game, you have to know so much more, and that's what makes this game challenging and exciting. Now I know this may not appeal to everyone, but for me, I like a game that is more than just a shoot-em-up, bang, bang. progress to the next level and do the same thing all over again. So, after returning and playing a couple of battles, I found this forum and began to read. I found the Wiki and started doing research. I discovered videos made by a number of CCs and watched them, more than once. I read player guides, asked questions, set up scenarios in the training room and applied what I was learning to see what worked and what didn't. I changed what tiers I play, what ships I play, what commanders I play and most importantly, what goals I want to reach. My second time around in this game has been and continues to be far more rewarding than my first ride in this rodeo. Now don't get me wrong. I'm no Unicum, nor am I anywhere close to being one of the top players in this game. However, I've not only learned to hold my own, but have improved from when I first stated. I still have battles where I make bone-headed moves, occasionally get a TK penalty and get deleted in the first two minutes of the battle. Fortunately, those moments have become fewer and far between and I can laugh at myself and be a little self-deprecating in chat. I survive a majority of my battles, average at least 1-2 kills per battle and generally rack up some decent damage and XP scores. Most importantly, I've learned when to support the team, and when to go my own way. Finally, I know this game has some issues. All games do to one point or another. However, I have to thank WG for putting out a pretty decent game, that overall is engaging, challenging and in my humble opinion is fun. I know that there are some who may have issues with the way WG handles certain aspects of the game, but speaking for myself, I recognize that they are, first and foremost, a company who seeks to make a profit while providing a quality gaming experience. In regards to the other game I play and some that I have played in the past, WG, again in my opinion, has been fairly gracious with some of the special events and promotions that they have provided. I know that at any point, I can stop playing the game and if need be take a break from it or give it up all together. That's my choice to make. For now? I like this game and will continue to play it.
