Update to latest version (0.7.4.0 as of this post). Launch the game & attempt to login.   3. Public Test 0.7.0 Critical Error

    Hello, I am getting this error when trying to load the PTS 0.7.0, Is this my laptop? I have a gaming MSI Phantom Pro i7-7700 and Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the PTS? I will do that as a first fix, if that does not work please suggest my best options...

Just would like to get some info,from the community ,,anyone here,who already updated to fall creators update,has AMD video card with latest drivers (or any drivers) and has either problems,or no problems at all starting the game? Costumer support does not really help with these critical error issues,only getting the usual try this try that lines(already done those,anyhow) so just wondering if same thing happening to others(who already has the fall creators update)or it just me?? Thx guys...
  5. i have decided to join the public test program and once I downloaded the installer, intalled it and then launched it the program loaded for less then a secound and them a message popped up saying it had a Critical error and to see the log file. It has been going on for 2 days now. Is their something wrong with my end or "bigworlds" end? I think I'm in the wrong place to post this lol.
  8. Been getting this one recurring critical error since ver0.6.9 when I am playing with a division and we drop into a game from queue. Occasionally when clinking on things in the port when in a division something similar happens so I'm hopefully assuming this is similar to what is happening when dropping into a game. Neither of these things have occured while playing by myself, only when playing in a division. Generally what happens is the game freezes (without a sound loop thank god) and I have to bring up task manager to get to my taskbar to 'close window' as the frozen game stays up there as a black window and eats the screen and I can't get to the task manager to kill the game from there as Alt-F4 doesn't work either. Have tried reinstalling the game (twice now) and using the 'check and repair' tool in the wargaming launcher and this still happens. Got lucky and was outside of the game when it crashed and was able to screen-shot it as the black screen that would happen when in-game would cover the game error report.

Buenas, estoy teniendo problemas al momento de instalar la ultima actualización, basicamente se queda atorado en "instalando la actualización" siempre con un progreso del 11%, empieza el juego a consumir recursos astronomicamente (disco, RAM, procesador) y queda colgada la PC un rato hasta que me aparecen unos mensajes acerca de un script en la pagina y luego un mensaje de error critico. Les adjunto unas screenshoots Si alguien tuvo este problema o conoce algo sobre el tema, por favor si seria tan amable de compartir acá. Espero que sea una macanada nomas y no tenga que hacer todo el circo de enviar un ticket a soporte para que me cuenten la misma historia de siempre. Mañana ya es 22 y me gustaria mucho desenpolvar mi Bismarck del puerto. Gracias a todos!
  11. ERROR ACTUALIZACION 29 DICIEMBRE 2016

    La actualizacion de la version 0.5.16.0, del dia de hoy 29 de diciembre 2017 pone un cartel "Error critical" pense que era el juego lo elimine y baje el nuevo instalador. que al activarlo para bajar el juego tiene el mismo error No se como solucionar el problema. si me pueden ayudar se los agradezco.

  13. Upon clicking the play button, the attached error message pops up. I recently had one of my older hard drives crap out and had to reinstall windows on one of my others. I already reinstalled WOWS right after I re-installed windows. Any help would be welcomed.

  16. 0.5.11 Critical Error

    I'll start off by saying this particular install of World of Warships has never had any issues, nor any issues previously on this computer. However, suddenly, I get critical errors during gameplay, or before the game even launches. Half the time I cannot even focus in on the error to capture it, but this time I was fortunate. I hope it helps.   17. I've been disconnected from the NA server 3 times today. Then I get into a random battle, get sunk (no great surprise), try to exit to port, and it comes up with a critical error and throws me out of the program. I'm running 0.5.9.1 with Windows 7 on an old system. Is there anything I can change in the game settings that might help? 0.5.9.0 seemed to work OK, but 0.5.9.1 has been nothing but problems.
  18. I just installed WOWS, and when I clicked play, the window opened saying it was loading, then I got this critical error. I have tried running it as administrator, but nothing worked.... What can I do? I have a brand new PC I just built last week.     My game will not update so I can play. Any Idea why? I would post a picture of what I am seeing but don't know how. It says this on the first screen where it wants to update. I have been getting this "CRITICAL ERROR" message every time I try to install the game and I have tried everything to try and get it to download, but nothing has worked I meet system requirements and have more than enough space on my hard drive for the game. I opened up a ticket and so far I have been unsuccessful with installing the game. Please Help.   21. Hi all, Was struggling with that frustrating error that froze my game over and over. So far, after the fix listed below, it's been smooth sailing for nearly a week. Not sure if the error will re-occur but for now, this seems to work for my PC. SH These instructions include a cleaning tool to delete any of our old files in your computer's registry. CCleaner is a free tool that we recommend (there is a paid version, however that is not necessary for the process that we would like you to perform) to remove any old corrupted files from your registry.Please remember to move any replays and screenshots you want to save from the World of Warships directory before deleting it.Note: Please take special care in steps 1 - 5, they are essential to this cleaning process.Clean Install---------------1. Quit the launcher, and uninstall World of Warships using the add/remove programs feature in your control panel.2. Delete any existing "WoWS_internet_install_na.exe" files.3. Navigate to "C:\Games" and delete the folder labeled "World_of_Warships".4. Open the run command by holding the Windows Key and "R", type "%temp%" (without the quotes), then press enter. Delete the folder labeled "wargaming.net".5. Again, open the run command by holding the Windows Key and "R", then type "%appdata%" (without the quotes) and press enter.   22. Hi, was at PAX today and one of the helper suggested I post on here to hopefully help. Sorry if long winded, 4-6 weeks ago I formatted my PC and reinstalled WOW. At first was working then after a few days, I would start a game, within 20-40 seconds of game starting and moving ship away screen would freeze, alt-tab out and there would be a critical error, program closes. I placed a help desk ticket after 3-4 days of this. After a week and half with no response I send another message on same ticket in hope it may prompt something but still no response. Getting annoyed as was starting to enjoy the game after playing it for a couple of months. Still no response after another week, so uninstalled and downloaded, twice, with both times receiving a Cricical error (23) cyclic redundancy check. Last night I remembered installing on my son's computer so logged into it and it was working, but on logging into theirs it was like my account had been resent to start and all base ships and no money. I copied the gaming folder across the network and miraculously the game started and I played a full game for the first time in weeks. BUT, the account appears reset, I have lost many weeks work had just purchased the second Jap aircraft carrier and had between $4-6M which have all now vanished. I went to the support site under the tickets and now my original un-responded ticket has gone, had no choice but to raise another ticket. Going by the first lack of response I may end up playing enough that I'll be back at same point in a few weeks by the time I receive a support reply! Can't remember exactly how long I've been playing but it is into months (started on Beta version) so a lot of experience that has just gone down to Davey Jones.... are any mediators able to assist please, really don't want to start again, was just starting to really enjoy game but going back may see me loosing interest.   23. When playing with Carrier, after press "M", if I zoom or press "m" again, the program freeze, and afterwards receives a "critical error message" (anexed) and then I have to restart the client. It happens only when playing Carrier (US Bogue).
