  1. This is an idea of a potential buff I thought up while playing Twilight Battles. The cruisers have a long range, 15km, 15 second hydro that has unlimited charges and reloads in like a minute. This serves as a good quick poking tool to see where the enemy generally is and spot some torps you strongly think are out there. The Germans, have been lacking the same utility other cruisers have, such as the radar cruisers. Why not give the German cruisers a similar second hydro consumable like this one to help mend this lack of utility? It doesn’t have to be the same. In the name of balance, maybe it can be a little shorter ranged, have a slower cooldown, shorter duration or limited charges. This is just an idea and I am curious if anyone thinks this is a good idea to give them a longer range poking hydro to work alongside their current hydro (or def aa if you are into that)

    Kleber buffs when?

    The ship has no defense against cv's and has horrible dpm. Additionally, it gets out spotted by every dd except the overpowered khaba. It needs better dpm, longer range torps, better concealment, better aa, or smoke. The speed is nice, but you can't break contact or survive against cv's for too long. This ship needs help and makes the Yueyang look strong.
  3. Well, I think everyone with a Mass and everyone who doesn't have a Mass will be queuing for this if she is released in that iteration. She seems to take this type of gameplay to the next level. I don't know if the Engine Boost is needed though; maybe toning it down a bit duration or extra speed wise, especially if you consider how many cruisers and DDs can get caught up by Georgia. As with all CC content, take it with a grain of salt, it's WiP content.
  4. I won't write all of pros and cons of Montana and Grober Kurfurst. Montana, despite of her lack of caliber, has very weird citadel protection. She has 260mm citadel belt located right under her 400mm(main upper belt) part. Iowa has thicker armor (270mm+38mm AT bulge) This thin part makes her very unreliable of protecting her citadels. Even moskva in 10km can penetrate her citadel in impact angle of 40' and Jean Bart's 15inch in 20km 20~30' (my experience when shooting montana) Every other T10 battleship(except yamasashi's cheek) can easily stop heavy AP shells when angled slightly(15~20' in long range, 30~40'in medium to close range) Does this unreliability work as concept of USN battleship line, or Montana? If not, I can strongly advise this part of armor is fixed in order to balance T10s. So how much? I hope 400mm(same as upper main belt) especially her armor is not inclined to 15'(like Iowa) GK is meant to take role of close range fighter. However,German battleship get their very bad gun arc in T9, T10. You can see turret stop rotating without any obstacles. This factor greatly limits performance of GK (which is meant to be charging.) The range and accuracy, are limiting factor due to her concept.(frankly, she needs least 21.6km range, same as Bismarck) But gun arc is different story. It is just irritating feature that does not accord to German Battleship concept. Thus, I greatly suggest her gun arc to be buffed to level of Bismarck.
  5. Hello everyone I m an active player and I currently own most of the high tier battleships and cruisers in the game and I m a big fan of secondary armament. However, as everyone knows already, the secondaries are terribly underpowered, even if you invest a huge amount of resources, time and experiences ( module, flag, and 14-18points captain ), they still feel underwhelming to use. Personally, I would like to see a global, across the board secondary buff to all ships in the game, such as giving the effect of secondary mod 1 to all ship, and a change to the dispersion formula for secondary armaments. Of course, we need the buff their range. These are just my personal opinions and I would like to know what you guys all think of the current state of secondaries in World of Warships. . Edit: I think that there is one easy way to improve secondaries and make them feel a lot better to use: Simple make the secondaries shoot other targets when using Manual secondary, but the target not selected manual won't have the accuracy buff from the captain skill.
  6. WG based on your recent PSA about balancing premiums I request that the YueYang nerf be reverted immediately. I realize the YueYang is not a premium but the balancing logic should extend to silver ships. Since balancing based on a ship being OP is something you are not willing to do for premiums I guess balance in general balance is not critical. In this case the T9 is more powerful and enjoyable than the T10 YueYang, does that count for anything?
