So nerfs to premium ships huh?

Thanks for the conversation, ya'll. It is interesting to see the various perspectives on changes made to ships. There are always opposing sides to any changes, so thank you all for sharing yours! I do want to highlight one line from the blog, "We'll monitor the impact of the changes and general balance of ships, as usual we'll apply changes if deemed necessary." - with that in mind, please continue to share your feedback and thoughts on this specific topic. I look forward to seeing feedback once the changes are implemented.
  4. Hey all, I just wanted to drop in and say I appreciate this conversation! While some people are sharing their opinions and views in a 'funny' way, it is good to see positive back-and-forth conversations. As a side note, please continue to remain civil and don't engage in personally attacking someone (or a group of) for their views on this subject. <3 ~Kal
  5. Hey, all Thanks so much for sharing this with us, and providing us more info on this issue - and I apologize for the delay in getting a response over to you. The good news is, we're working on a fix for this which is slated to be released in 0.9.11. Thanks again for bringing this up!
  6. That I did, and I will look into what we're seeing from people, and hopefully figure out what is going on.

    Should I change accounts...

This may be one of the most interesting conversations I've ever followed. Can I help with anything?

    USS Lexington Come Back Stronger

We're not certain of that. We're in touch with the team from USS Lexington and, if plans change, we'll let you know! Edit: I just went and looked at the track for the hurricane, it looks like it turned pretty hard east, and is away from the bay, so I think the ship is in good shape for this.

PSA: Clans trading steel in CvC 9

I am not certain, and realistically, it is not something I would share, since it ultimately would not change the nature of the post. Thank you for the suggestion and thoughts on this, Aurelius. I don't think you're trying to troll, and I can understand the position on this, and I can share this with the teams that monitor this, but I don't make any promises to this.

PSA: Clans trading steel in CvC 9

    Sure do! Fixed it. Thanks!
  11. Hey all, After the 9th season of Clan Battles, we performed a clan check. We received clear evidence that players of PWP and CCTV2 clans massively and repeatedly transferred access to their accounts during this competitive mode. Such actions violate paragraphs 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.2.3. EULA (link) and paragraphs 4.16 and 12.1 of the Game Rules (link). And just as importantly, such actions undermine the principles of fair play and competition in Clan Battles. In light of this, we have decided, in accordance with paragraph 13 of the Clan Rules (link), to disband these clans, which entails the loss of all achievements, rating, and naval base. Also, soon the steel received as a result of participation in the ninth season of clan battles by these clans will be removed from the players' accounts. If a player has spent the steel, any ship purchased with said steel will be removed, and the difference will be refunded. If the steel has been converted to coal and a ship was purchased with said coal, the ship will likewise be removed. These actions will not be subject to appeal. This situation will not affect the clans that played against these clans in any way. The results of your games with them will not be affected. All measures concern only the clans which violated the rules. Now we will limit ourselves to this, but in case of further violations, we will take more serious measures, up to complete blocking of the accounts of all involved. Thank you for your attention!

    If CV's are so balanced

Hey all, I am fine with the conversation and respect everyone's opinions on things, but don't turn this political. Thanks,
  13. I was in the US Navy, so, I decided to go with the Navy symbol. "On a circular background of fair sky and moderate sea with land in sinister base, a three-masted square-rigged ship underway before a fair breeze with after topsail furled, commission pennant atop the foremast, National Ensign atop the main, and the commodore's flag atop the mizzen. In front of the ship, a Luce-type anchor inclined slightly bendwise with the crown resting on the land and, in front of the shank and in back of the dexter fluke, an American bald eagle rising to sinister regarding to dexter, one foot on the ground, the other resting on the anchor near the shank; all in proper colors. The whole within a blue annulet bearing the inscription "Department of the Navy" at top, and "United States of America" at the bottom, separated on each side by a mullet and within a rim in the form of a rope; inscription, rope, mullet, and edges of annulet all gold. Land in the design would symbolize the Navy's supporting shore facilities as well as the fleet's amphibious strike capabilities. Since the wording "Navy Department," used on earlier seals, had generally come to signify only the headquarters activities in Washington, the inscription was changed to "Department of the Navy" in order to embrace the Navy's total worldwide operations afloat, in the air, and ashore."

WoWS needs WGC open to run

Thanks for your feedback, and thoughts on WGC. I am sorry to say that we are not going to be changing our position on using WGC - at least not for the foreseeable future. Furthering this conversation does not serve any true purpose other than to perpetuate a discussion that will only result in potentially additionally flared emotions. Again, thank you for your feedback on the WGC.
  15. Hey there, Spud. Please let me assure you, forum changes have nothing to do with anything as it relates to literally any system in World of Warships. The forums are only connected to the game because of the shared login using single sign on. That said, we also support those people mentioned and will continue to do so. Further, our team focuses specifically on community engagement such as the forums, forum contests, live-streams, Discord chats, etc. We do not have our hands in game code at all. We share your feedback with the developers, and relay what is happening within the game, but our focus here does not take away resources from game specific mechanics or changes/updates.
