DDs arent even my most played class but okay I literally have 2 T10 CVs and Im a unicum in CVs overall so idk what youre implying I have yet to see any reason why they should be staying in the game but I digress

I did and my opinion of CVs is even worse now considering how easy it is to crap on DDs.... Turning off your AA isnt counterplay nor does it make you immune to a CV. Your average CV player will still be able to strike you with or without AA I have and its in fact even more easy then I initially thought I know you dont see a reason, but most people can tell you that all 3 of those are entirely different game modes, with different metas, and overall have different experiences. CV spotting is literally making CBs even more stale then in previous seasons since their introduction for example because most of us are sick and tired of this training wheel class which requires temperature room IQ to play

sure theyll drop $10 -$20 on a captain, but, would you be able to convince them to buy a stock souyz with an anime skin for $80??

Oh yes, the average, because the average playerbase are all impeccable players. If you build the game around the average playerbase then you get things like RTS GZ, because that was sooooo much fun. And that is fundamentally the fault of the player, not the class. I'll give you an example of this: take any OP ship( or one that you think is OP).If you gave said ship to a player that has 30% w/r, who then would yolo in and die in it, would you blame the ship for being weak or the player? Same thing applies to CVs. The average player refuses to learn how to dodge flak thus making flak an actual counter to them. The real reason being that experienced players who do well actually know what they are talking about. That is the fundamental difference. Which is fundamentally flawed. These few things are far more effective then any counterplay you'll have vs a CV. See above.

Answering a question with another question. It seems like you have no actual intent on making sound arguments or to discuss. How would you counterplay a DD in a BB? The same way people have been since 2016. Not sailing in a straight line Torpedoes are by no means a great armament type and most torpedo DDs can be countered by being forced to show themselves. If you ask such a basic question like that, I assume you have very little experience. As such I see 0 point in trying to have a discussion with you.

Care to elaborate what I believe? And what would that be? Aside from dodging and keeping close to teammates( not counters btw) As someone whos a unicum in both Cruisers and DDs (aswell as a super unicum in CVs) I can tell you with 100% certainty that carriers do not even have 1% of the counterplay that you have vs other Classes such as cruisers or BBS

His stats prove that he doesn't need to play Enterprise to output those results. Both his Shokaku stats and Lexington stats are relatively the same as his Enterprise stats. I also doubt that even if we do give you 50 or 100 GZ games with those same results, that you will change your mind other then giving some excuse of "It was a lucky game or he was a unicum so his results don't matter"
