Frozen Loading Game after 0.9.5 Update NA Server

I have been doing some experimenting below is a list of mods I have found to cause this issue so far, haven't tested them all though. Secondary Armament, Ship Info Panel, and Regen Assistant I am running Nomogram Calssic, Assistant, Detection TImer, Running Lights, Damage Meter, Navigator Big succesfully. -
Regen Assistant causing game to not load

When installing regen assistant the game will sit on the loading screen and never fully load. Latest patch, NA server, launched through steam.
