Can the Italian failure at the battle of Cape Spartivento just two weeks later be credited in large part to the raid on Taranto? (due to the very reduced number of battleships available to Italy)

Q/A: If the four Gangut-class dreadnoughts had been present and ready to intercept in the Gulf of Riga, how would the Russian Navy perform in a full-on fleet battle with the Hochseeflotte? Would they have plausibly stopped the German invasion force altogether?
