  1. literally nothing, i wanted to get a general sense of how CBs were played at lower levels. I played for whoever asked me first after I posted in the #merc channel on the wows offficial discord. The most impactful thing the merc does isn't the actual mechanical skill/ship he brings into comp; it's the overarching ability to strat and counterstrat against the enemy clan. CBs aren't consistently won based on mechanical skill differences anymore (except for season 9 which is literally who had better Venezias), but mainly based on the grand strategy difference between each team.
  2. Yup, shooting at a higher tier ships nets you approx 20% more exp than a same tier ship.
  3. Against a competent team, no. You'd be hard-pressed to find a single clan that got carried to their current position by a single mercenary.
  4. A single player isn't going to make that much of a difference against any competent team. Plus, it allows off players to grab steel when their main clan isn't playing. You can't test strats effectively in trainings, you have to run them against other teams. Which makes it irrelevant
  5. So we're not allowed to play for friends, nor hop in and show a clan how to play. You really just want an excuse to complain, don't you?
  6. Same for us, although I meant for the last few sessions. Monkey grind #1 world.
  7. I am the CV player. I merced as a CV player. Having a single competent carrier still has it's limitations when the rest of your team can't breathe without instructions.

  9. I've literally merced for gale/squall this season. There's a limit I can do, even playing carriers against people who act like literal punching bags.
  10. If he wasn't pushing for #1 global he'd probably do it.
  11. A single player isn't going to influence the math that much lmbo I know you've won at least two out of the five games.

    Petro requires nerf bat.

Look, I'll make an offer. I'll join your CB strat team temporarily and draft a comp/strat with your available ships, alright?

Humbly requesting a "Get Good" Guide.

If you join any top tier clan discord with a mindset to learn, you should be able to find someone willing to mentor you.

To be fair, it is a reasonable idea to send the DD to cap the home cap first due to both teams spawning very close to each other. It's quite easy to get permanently reset on that map.

How to make Worcester relevant again

Again, that's an issue with the player base, not the ship. Shell arcs really don't matter if you're picking your engagements well. She's not in the bottom three for T10, I don't know where you got this impression from. Average damage is also a garbage metric, as it's influenced by the players far more than the actual ship capabilities.
