    Still working on Part 4.

    I missed completion by 17 HP on cruisers in a round in Shiratsuyu where I was #1 on Base XP.

      Over 40 battles later, no Part 4.  I had several that were close including one where I would have made it if I had fired guns instead of torpedoes and another where I could have fired on another ship.

      Oh well, I have made great progress on my DD grind.
