Question about Ranked Battle rewards from season 10 to season 11 regarding the ship coupon.

In the Ranked Battles season 10 rewards section it mentions reaching Rank 1 for the third and fifth time gets the ship coupon updated 2 weeks after season end. That section didn't show up specifically in the season 11 rewards. Does anyone know if that applies to season 11 too since that section starts with "Starting from the Tenth Season,..."? From season 10 announcement.
