    Update 0.8.3.1 - Bugs Report

It appears the Mac Client update of May 17 did not fix the steady lowering fps problem, after two or three games it goes down to 13fps.

    Update 0.8.3.1 - Bugs Report

It appears the May 17 mac client update has fixed the problem, at least the immediate problem. The game seems stable again and the multiple Error Report.exe have completely disappeared. Bring on update 8.4???

    Update 0.8.3.1 - Bugs Report

The little update on May 16 did nothing to improve the Mac experience. Played one game had 13 Error report.exe pop up in activity monitor. Game started at 70 fps by the end it was down to 15 fps.

Thanks JAKeller, hopefully WG will make your solution unnecessary for individuals in the near future.

    Update 0.8.3.1 - Bugs Report

The most recent upgrade did improve the FPS on my Mac, it now only goes down to 15 instead of 6. Starts around 70 FPS, by the third game it is down to 15 FPS. Opening the Activity Monitor does shows a multitude of Error Report.exe.

    Update 0.8.3.1 - Bugs Report

FYI: My fps starts normally at around 70, as the game progresses it keeps dropping. It reaches 8-16 fps after playing two or three games. All the while the activity monitor shows the game is producing error reports. Seems that as these build up the fps goes down. After 3 games I had 24 error reports. Mac OS Mojave, running on fairly new iMac with i7, R9 m290X

    Update 0.8.3.1 - Bugs Report

Until WG and/or codeweavers updates the wrapper to 64 bit the game will be glitchy. I'm sure techno, legal and monetary problems must be hurdled. Perhaps a real Mac version would be easier. WG programs recognized by Apple would ease hacking worries of Mac users. Go look at the activity monitor:

    8.3 won't launch on a Mac

The beta worked to a point. The water isn't black and the torp aiming guides are back. But it will not complete two games in a row without crashing, probably the return of the video memory limit glitch. And I thought the game was almost ready for primetime.

Update 0.8.0 - Feedback and General Performance

Mac users: Downloading and installing the war gaming center app fixed all for me. WG has been saying it would require the WGC app to play the game at some point. They may have "inadvertently" done so on this update. I run OS10.13.6 on a 2014 I7 27" iMac. I played 4 games with no problems. Okay I only tried tier 5 and 6, and I was on on the short end in three games but that was pretty normal. . FYI: once the carrier guys quit scratching their heads and learned the new system they made things difficult. Confirmed - Went to https://worldofwarplanes.com/ - Click download game. (Thanks YeOldeTraveller) By clicking download game the WGC package for the mac is downloaded. Once installed OSX will not open the app because it is not from the app store or from a registered developer (shame on War Gaming). You can open it by going to "security and privacy" (High Sierra) under system preferences to unlock security (system password required), the app will open. Once opened the app recognizes you already have World of Warships installed, click on the World of Warships window and play.

    Update 0.8.0 - Bugs Report

The update 8.0 program error message Mac users are getting seems to be Wine related. Any one using Crossover , Parallels, etc having better luck?
