    who  makes these changes . you guys are killing the game.

     the  real  changes need to be in  the way CVs detect DD and Cruisers. 

    CV are gonna be useless with a 20% dection change. 

     Yes  you can monitor my game playing over the next year. Pretty sure it will be ZERO. 

     At this point it will be uninstalled.
