I was playing fine on an AMD Phenom 9550 quad core, 6gb ddr2 and a gtx 950. I can get a decent i5 with 8gb of ram for about $100, used 750ti for about $60. thats only $160 mate but yes its a budget gaming PC but still would run mostly everything I needed it too, I dont care about gfx settings just FPS

Lol I don't main CV anymore bro. And its gg, my computer's psu + mobo died 2 days later so I can't even play anymore so be happy. Im on an intel i3 2320m laptop with intel hd 3000 video card now..... LOL SAD Anyone know of any good deals on optiplexs around? Going to get a 750ti I think and an office computer, better than my phenom setup anyways.

Yep I can play all Medium but I went back to lower settings with High effects and getting good FPS and she still looks great!

Yeah I know it would fix it I just didn't have the option at the time mate. Still is silly that everything else works fine on a DX10 card but CV aiming reticule, but anyways, I digress.

Im still on ancient hardware. AMD Phenom 9550 x4 @ 2.20ghz 6gb ddr2 but now GTX 950 2gb GDDR5 on a PCI-E 2.0 slot (3.0 is default but 2.0 is backwards compatible.) I am on all medium settings now at about 60 fps, as opposed to EVERYTHING LOW and like 30-40 FPS... In new york harbor on medium (always had to use blank ocean on low) here is how my game used to look and at 30-40 fps (also first time shooting at a YAMAMOTO...he hurt when he shot back, lol.)

my old card is a 9800gt not a 1050 bro. its 422% increase and DX11 support now.

Buddy gave me a GTX 950. Bout to install it. 9800GT to GTX 950, this is gonna be a whole new ball game. :) 422% increase o.o Sorry for complaining so much before -- See yall in the battle!

Go youtube intel hd 4000 wows.... 15-20 fps, I get over 70 bud. --- If this update does not affect gameplay (as the 0.9.9 patch notes say), the specific part that is my only problem, then why cant they come out with a mod for legacy aiming, they have legacy water splashes etc. So if it doesnt affect gameplay, give us older hardware people a legac mod for the reticules, this is the ONLY thing that does not run on dx10 video cards. EVERYTHING else works....

Yeah because I wrote a long comprehensive well thought out post to basically just get trolled all said my gpu was dieing etc etc when I know more about computers than most the people here..... ;/ Learned HTML when I was 10 with a 300 page book.., hosted my first game server at age 11... but lets do a summary... wgfix doesnt fix reformat does not fix complete driver wipe (LIKE WIPE WIPE with a program to 110% remove drivers and reinstall) every setting in wows tried 32bit and 64 bit mode tried installing steam version then steam verify check, did not fix It is for surely the reticule carrier update in 0.9.9. Finally, a complete fresh install of windows and drivers to rule out anything on my side ... still broke, and now someone else has same issue.
