so will this "increased flight time" make the shells more floaty per se or more akin to say the NC and its shell time at distance?

I think it hurts the bmore and buffalo due that their rate of fire and lone DPM isn't enough to punish the spotted dd unless they have supporting ships blasting the dd. But I assume it's the cost of editing the des Moines and having to be fair across the board...
