It's something of a lethal joke. It's strike capbility is generally bad and it's dive bombers are so damn rng based and they can easily punch right though cruisers deck and out the bottom. However she is an paralleled scout and you can at the very least use that speed to make sure torpedoes are lined up properly. People joke about her secondaries, but I've legit seen one melt an Azuma in a brawl.

So I decided I'm not going to be buying doubloons anytime soon, but I do have a hoard of Free XP boosting flags and camos. I really want Smaland, she looks cool and I've got a thing for museum ships. But is she really worth the grind? I've seen a few out in the wild, but it didn't look like they were exactly slaughtering the competition.

Not sure anyone here remembers me, but I used to gimmick post here. Not sure I'll start doing that again but, I'm playing the game again, at least for now while there is quarantine. It looks like I've missed a lot, so I'll probably be asking questions quite a bit.

I couldn't stay away from the community with the sub announcement, but yah done with the game. it's difficult to walk away from something after four years.
