Single Status Update
I need assistance in resolving an issue on my PTS account. I submitted a trouble ticket to WG but they replied saying, "we do not consider this an issue." Whatever that means. Sounds to me he's passing the buck here. The issue is... I am missing 78 ships from my main account on the PTS account. The question I have is.... how often does WG take a snapshot of my ships to be included in the PTS. If you cannot answer my question please refer me to who does thanks.
