The true counter to CVs is AA. Again, this is an issue of MM deciding that one team needs all the good players(like it usually does.) Not CVs being OP.

That sounds more like an issue of MM favoring one team rather than CVs being OP.

Even if we witness it in color with our own eyes, there'd just be only one thing one we wouldn't be able too. The suffering they went through just to protect something. But i'm rather glad something like this has came around, i smiled at seeing the soldiers laugh and i was awed to see an actual landship in color.

Its interesting what War forces people to do sometimes. Risky stuff like this is a perfect example of it.

You can avoid AP Bombs, just like you can avoid being deleted by a BB. But guess what? Those aren't always guaranteed to prevent you form being deleted by a BB just like turning towards, trying to stick near AA cruisers and changing speed won't always save you from a CV's planes but they can sure how minimize the damage you may attack. If not? Oh well, it can be frustrating to suddenly lose all of your hp because of one simple thing but its apart of the game. Just move on and play another ship.

It'll probably just be a halloween event thing. I'll just sit on top of my Bogue and swing my head back in glorious laughter if it is. Everyone that wanted subs will only have to deal with a pve event.

Well if AP bombs make this game dumb, so do cruisers and destroyers getting deleted by BBs. They can’t always hide behind islands and smoke.
