we have the same base #'s as you guessing that is how it's set although I believe it should have been set out a bit thinner to be able to achieve the stars for everyone. Not all players are like 1500 and up base xp players! Maybe something like 300,600,900,1000,1100,1200,1250,1300,1350,1400,1450,1500,1550,1600.
