    I have had times when I have to reload 2 or 3 times and by then my ship is dead. Real fun to get penalized on top of that.

    I average 8 to 14 minutes each time... It gets frustrating. Especially when I have a 250+mbs connection, I know it is not a speed issue on my end.

    Really sucks when the game refuses to load and just sits and spins. Even more fun is to come back and find this on the home screen. There should be a way to let them know there was a loading problem instead of just getting penalized for the game not connecting.
