Can confirm, much griefing involved with this cv build.

While she has her problems (mainly lower hp and terrible bow armor), Novo was enjoyable to play for a tier 6 battleship.

FDG should be built for main gun accuracy and standard battleship tank build (concealment, fire prevention, etc). The reasoning is the guns reload fast (23 seconds) and you want to improve that as much as possible. Also, the same build will carry over to Preussen, as well as the playstyle .
