  1. @_irony_ Good Morning, I have done everything that you recommended. The pylon files, WG check tool, and the Folder - Wo##_report.wgc, as well as the WoWs_report to support and things have completely fixed themselves this morning, since I run three isp address's I think that may have been the problem with the update, was getting a lot of Packet Loss out of the Washington East Server for some reason, they have fixed that problem there as per a message from them . The other problem with the game I found out was Technical problems at the Chicago Office, didn't know they were involved in the actual game itself, but has been fixed also. Things are back to normal now for myself and my two clans.

    When in Port click on your nickname in the top left corner. There should be a drop-down menu. At the very bottom of the menu there's a "News" section.
  5. Since you are a developer, I am extremely curious as to what you would say in response to the thread linked below. 

    Also, as a concerned, frustrated iMac player, we haven't seen nary a peep of developer answers or responses on the official iMac support forum for months. You and your colleagues have been leaving us in the dark, and it is not exactly the best way to treat customers, paying or otherwise.

Please also check out Wacko's little guide on how to report a bug here: For each report please attach the python.log file from your Public Test client. That will help us to better understand the nature of the issue you're experiencing.

I want to stress out that, if possible, that would be nice if you could attach WG Check tool reports to your feedback next time. That sound like an extra step for you, but for QA and development team that a fast way to investigate the issue and resolve it faster. Action Stations!

However, As I've already mentioned, there's hotfix coming shortly that should address following issues: Fixed an issue that caused instability of the game client while using the "after death" free camera in the operation "Ultimate Frontier" Fixed an issue that caused the aircraft carrier Raptor to not spawn in the operation "Ultimate Frontier" Various balance changes were made to the operation "Ultimate Frontier" based on the results of the testing
