I litterly see no problem with Haru,Kita or Aki, any ship in the right hands is "OPAF" but that's cause that person spent the time and effort in to learning the ships strengths and weaknesses. you also have t look at said players time in similar DDs or ships. most of the people who say the ship is OP or the ship is to good also have little to no experience in countering said ship or have never played it or is new tot he ship they currently have and there ship isnt set up correctly to deal with said ship
