Interesting, accepting it doesn't change anything. Do you use data or wifi to play the game? I've only tried wifi. (Don't have data)

Kancolle android hates me. (I downloaded it through the DMM app store) According to the Kancolle wiki it means my time zone isn't set to Tokyo (it is) or my network connection is bad. (it isn't)
