I haven't found a way to view the reserve captains as a whole, or select skills for a reserve captain. Am I missing something, or is it not present? Things I'm trying to do: A captain is assigned to a cruiser. How can I adjust their destroyer/battleship/carrier skills? A captain is not assigned at all (reserve captain). How can I find them? How can I view and adjust their skills? Is the only way to pick skills / redistribute points to assign a captain to a ship? Is the idea to have a ship of each nation of each type always available (no assigned commander) to temporarily assign captains just for skill management?

The entry in keyboard control settings for the 'invite to division' function of the Key Battle is missing. I also wasn't able to find an entry in preferences.xml either. Can I rebind this function by adding an entry to the config file? Can someone provide the template to add?
