    So. Watching the Harry Potter films.
    I must say... the first one hasn't aged well in terms of effects, acting, writing... pretty much a poor film all across the board.

      Most early movies in a series do. Also remember it is what 10 years old? Special effects have come a long way since then. Plus remember when it came out movie executives didn't think it would become the franchise that it did. Honestly getting John Williams to do the score is a miracle in of itself.
