Is there any way we could get the Azur Lane voices added to this modpack? Or would they be too broken? Here's a link to a spot on GitHub that has the files. https://github.com/World-of-Warships-Mod/WoWsAzurLaneVoicePack/releases/tag/v1.0 It'd be nice if they were just part of ModStation so I wouldn't have to reinstall them manually every time the game updates.

The Arpeggio tracers aren't working properly. They always appear black.

One thing I've noticed for Modstation compared to other modpacks like Aslain is that there are no Tech Tree mods. Some of us like to see our ships represented by Kancolle or Azur Lane in the tech tree, so it'd be nice to have the option. There's also the whole "Female Commander names" mod that can be found in other modpacks, but isn't in Modstation. Again, not critical, but some people would like it for flavor. Lastly, why are there no skins at all for Yamato? You'd think that we could at least get the ARP Yamato skin or Space Battleship Yamato.

Haruna Line recently updated her ARP skin pack: https://youtu.be/k26vIkweRCE There are several skins there that aren't found in Modstation, so I was hoping to get some of those, especially the Bismarck skin.

Felt like I should recommend adding this: Since Haruna Line finally decided to update it. Also, it sounds like Hakabase is quitting his modpack. Boo-urns.

Why is ManSec kept in the game?

I actually prefer using a secondaries build on Bismarck, but it so frequently fails me. Probably because I don't yet have IFHE on it.
  7. Anytime one tries a ManSec build, it usually ends up doing worse than your typical survivability build. The secondaries tend not to penetrate even heavy cruiser armor, the accuracy is questionable against destroyers because the guns don't lead their targets, and against enemy battleships the guns tend to center their aim on the armor belt, causing all those secondaries to shatter. In order to make the build even slightly effective, one has to get ManSec, AFT and IFHE (at least on German BB's), which will gimp you everywhere else. Additionally, Wargaming has stated in the past that they don't want automated guns to be reliable sources of damage (yet they plan on this sort of thing for depth charges). It makes one wonder: Why is the ManSec perk still in the game if it goes against Wargaming's design philosophy? Wouldn't it be better to remove it from the game and replace it with something new? Or am I missing something? EDIT: If ManSec is to be kept, there is one change I'd like to see for it. Presently, ManSec causes your secondaries to concentrate their fire on the center of your target ship's armor belt. This is fine against DD's and CL's, but against BB's it causes the majority of your secondaries to shatter on the belt armor. This means that in close range, having ManSec makes your secondaries do a worse job than if you didn't have the perk. To remedy this, I'd change it so ManSec makes your secondaries aim a little bit higher when you lock onto a Battleship so they're more likely to hit the superstructure. EDIT2: Just to make things clear, I do like using a ManSec build on my Bismarck. It's just that it so often fails to be impactful.
  8. The purple plasma-esque smoke that we got in Space Battles was really cool to look at, and I kinda wish we could have the option of using it instead of the regular white/grey clouds. I'd also love for other visual effects from Space Battles to return as mod options, but the smoke is a particularly important one.

This looks very promising, though I wonder how Aslain and others with their own modpacks will take to this. I'll try testing this out in a separate installation, as I wish to continue using Aslain's modpack for serious stuff for the moment. Oh, and if it's possible, I'd like to request a series of mods that use the assets from Space Battle and lets you use them in regular play (i.e. sound effects, those blue plasma-based ship fires, etc). They're just too good to let them expire on Friday!

Hey Aslain, any progress on someone bringing back that "Arpeggio Effects Everywhere" mod? I miss seeing all those Corrosive Torpedo blasts.

Someone needs to make a new Arpeggio skinpack, honestly. The current one that Haruna Line made is falling further and further into disrepair. The French BB's are all bleach-white with it on, and you get plenty of missing textures on various ships (i.e. Kongo). Since Haruna Line isn't into updating it anymore, I don't think MatterCore is going to be able to keep up proper maintenance if he has to keep adding new skins. To that end, it might be a good idea to take the nanomaterials from the mod and use them to create a new one that's more up-to-date. I'd also want such a mod to include this stuff that Haruna Line made: Adding in the ARP gun sounds would be super cool.
