Hey, when I submitted a bug via the ticket system as outlined in the OP, the reply was to close the ticket, and paste a response saying "Submit via the forums" with a link to the forum.

 

Does anyone actually read these?

The game did a brief update yesterday and downloaded some new files. When I log into the game, everything seems normal. However, after I enter a battle, the game plays normally for about a minute. Then, the screen freezes. I cannot move the camera, follow the ship, or do anything. The sounds still play and I can hear other players, read their postings in the chat box, but I cannot play. The ship moves back and forth, but if it goes out of the frozen screen, I can't see so I can't steer. The keyboard remains working. Nothing else does.

Inevitably​ I get killed and when I return to port, none of the graphic interfaces work. I have to shut down the window to leave the game.

I tried submitting a bug report, but it took me to the Russian language page and I can't navigate that.

seems to be a lot of mini screen freeze problems after the last patch

Wanted to report two crashes in about an hour's time. Both crashes happened when I was transitioning back to the Port at the end of a game. 

Running Windows 10 on a Pentium G3258 @3.2GHz w/ 8G RAM and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti video card. Here's the error message:

The BigWorld Client has encountered an unhandled exception and must close (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION : 0xC0000005 @ 0x015C5728) (Read @ 0x43490004)

Memory status:

   System: 1212649472/3221225472 [37.65% used]

The application must exit.

 

The game cranks back up with no issues (until it crashes again).

Just had an odd bug that never happened with me before.

 

Issue:  Screen froze in spot and my ship sailed off it.  Trying to go to map and everything else could not get the screen to move, yet I still could control my ship even though I had no idea where it was.  mini map froze too.  Score counter did not.

 

Game breaking:  Yes

 

Repeatable:  Not sure.  First time it has ever happened to me and I had multiple games today.

I fixed this issue by reinstalling my video card driver

Good morning all,

      I fire it up and log in and it crashes. I do it again and it crashes a few more seconds into the game. I hit the report button in the game and it takes me to some Russian site. I hit battle and it crashes the first time. Second time it actually gets to the game and throws me out again. Any ideas?

Something that has been happening to me for a long time now is that - without me touching my keyboard or anything on my desk touching it - the cruise rudder controls will come on by themselves. I will hear the *clink* and my vessel will start to turn and I have to do an 'a' or 'd' key input to countermand it. This happens sporadically. I have set those commands so that no keys map to them, but this still occurs.

Hi , Sometime i got a big bug ingame . im in fight or just going to engage some one . with Zoom or not it s happen on each! the game turn to Black Screen , turn my pc to Hidle mode and close the PC and i have to reboot to return in game to finish me fight if im not dead!

 

It s not my video card , all my pc are ok . this bug happen just in this game !

 

you fix the Zoom crash . it s a bug close to this one but it s not send you to desktop ! but it s close to this one.

 

it s happen to me like 3 time now from the first day game are rdy to here!

 

Have good day. and sry if i not give to much info about my pc ... but be sure is update lol!

I'm having this problem now....I log in and get to the combat queue and it kicks me off the server back to the log in screen...what gives ??

Currently 18OCT15 2043 MST US I am having difficulty logging into the game. Even after logging in and getting into mission it seems like I lag out or a memory error occurs.

 

I am unable to find these errors via the launcher file...it says the update server has been contacted even though the launcher itself says it is unable to

 Is there another log I can view to find out what may be happening, the in folder log file just says a cleaner has been used.

WHY DO WE HAVE A FREE RIDE ON AN ARTILLERY ROUND EVERY TIME YOU TRY TO FIRE. This is the most maddening thing in this game. There is no purpose for it why is it there in the first place and in a battle when fighting close the stupid ride occurs again. Please eliminate this bug it is of no use and isnt funny this is horrible.

I know very well this complaint isnt new so why make it like an arcade game?Im gonna withdraw from this game till this is out of the game. Hello is anyone there they are ignoring this bug.

There are plenty of options for an upgrade, and cheap. Installing is not too difficult.

Save up 60 or 70 bucks, and buy a 2 gig vid card, Make sure you get the right brand, Nvidia or AMD. some newer computers don't have compatibility issues, but, seeing you have problems now, you might want to be sure.

LAG is not WG's fault, their system is fairly reliable, I RARELY have lag in games where people complain, and I'm running on 5 Mb/s (megaBITS, not Bytes(MB/s)

There is also an option to allow your graphics card to steal RAM, you will need to google it (how to add ram to video "your OS")

I would suggest an online store like newegg or tigerdirect or someone else but i'm unsure if WG has a rule against that.

I upgraded the Langley torpedo bombers and the stats indicate that the torpedoes should be doing around 8300 damage, but they are still doing the same damage as in the previous upgrade which is around 5900 damage.

On the NA public test server I am getting the standard x1.5 exp bonus instead of the x40 exp bonus which seems wrong considering how am i to test tier 9 and 10 vessels with the standard exp gain. Has this happened to anyone else or is it just me? Also asking cause not sure if this would be considered a bug if it is just happening to me.

After updating to new 5.1 version I believe I encountered a bug.  I entered the new map called Trap, with the large capture zone in the center.  After a few fierce battles 3 of us captured the center zone for our team but we received no zone capture or base capture award.  I entered the zone as soon as the timer let me and stayed in it until the other team hd no one in it.  Three of us stayed in the zone and won the game by capturing the zone but never received anything for it like we normally did for zone captures. Not sure if this is normal for this new map or what.

I just loaded into a battle after 2 and a half minutes. I was in range of the enemy and immediately fired upon and sunk. I was, obviously, infuriated. This should not be an issue, yet it persists for multiple players.

actually there is lag on there servers its not just the fact some people are using old pc's to pla. There is not a server in the world that can say they have 0% lag issues.
