Well about a couple of weeks ago now, I had put a ticket into support about having notifications from tickets that have already been closed. It has been well over 2 weeks I'm not sure exactly where the ticket has gone no response to let me know they are still working on the ticket. The only thing I got was a message from Wacko17 (admin) here on the forums and thank you by the way Wacko17, that the issue was being worked on.
Now the last I heard something on that particular ticket was back on April 28th,heard from them on the 9th.... But some good news on this end I don't seem to be getting any of the repeat closed ticket notifications at all. I'm not sure if it's because my ISP IP address has changed because I've moved or what not. But the issue has seemed to resolve itself.
If it pops up again I hope the developers have figured something out or the web team so they can easily correct the issue if it so comes up again. But I'm thinking because I have moved that actually corrected itself. Thankfully. It was a bit of an annoyance for a while. The only issue I have with it now is that the ticket still says processing. So as they said in my army days "HURRY UP AND WAIT".
